Got it for $2 USD, great dungeon crawler, plays a bit rough on the Steam Deck, but I am enjoying it. It's not super tryhard so you can play it with out putting too much time on it, feels smooth.
Fun take on an RPG looter shooter, worth checking out.
pretty fun game especially for the price
Had more action in the tutorial than 1 hour in the game... I got this on sale. I gave it a chance and it was kinda fun. The thing is, when you get in the city, beautiful city btw, you keep talking to people around it and even the portals they have to shorten the way still makes it a hassle. Do a few things then go back to town and go from here to there to talk to someone who sends you to talk to another guy. Idk if it gets less chatty later but I would not want to spend a second more traveling in this game. It does not have the story power to keep me going. I dont even care what the npcs have to say anymore, I just skip to get in the action but I have to go get some boring story shards there as well...
I've been really enjoying this one. It's a bit bitter sweet knowing that there is a high likelihood won't be any significant updates now. That said, The gameplay is solid and it has a colorful and fun art style that I really enjoy and it has some really interesting world building I've been at times fairly impressed by. Gameplay is kind of like a hero shooter with a heavy RNG based ARPG loot and gear system with skill trees that let you build on potentially unique ways you can play your hero. It's apparently got very extensive mod support coming in soon but I'm not sure if there's enough folks in the community to make use of the potential that'll bring to the game. I guess if I did have some other complaints to level at it is that there are still some shadows of the Live Service it was going to be that hold back some parts of progression to feel a bit grindy and unlocking the other heroes feels really subject to the whims of RNG. Also while it's fun co-op it does suffer from a bit of lag. Still, if you see it on sale I'd say it's a steal. I managed to grab it for 3.49 USD and have been really happy with it.
Graphics and presentation are great, but it lacks variety, especially in skills. A lot of wasted potential.
Picked it up on sale and am having an absolute blast. Combat is satisfying and the story is interesting. Exploration is fun and rewarding, and what a beautiful art style! You even get an apartment to customize if you're into that. I have encountered some issues with frames stuttering at times, but these are minimal and last a few seconds at most. This game is a hidden gem and I'm looking forward to playing more!
