It's great. I never played it as an MMO, but as an ARPG it has a fantastic combat system with guard breaks and combos and all kinds of fun stuff. Tons of customization, and a mix between open world and dungeons, a la Warframe. And to top it off, I found the plot quite interesting and was genuinely invested in figuring out what happened to the world (which is more than I can say for, eg, Grim Dawn, Diablo 3, or Path of Exile). Even the main quest design I found more interesting than your typical go-here-kill-this or go-here-fetch-this from most aRPGs. That said, there are vestigial MMO elements that feel out of place (but don't detract from the overall experience). You also don't have many skills compared to your average aRPG (4 skills per character) so your build is more about leaning into playstyles and weapon choice (10? or so weapons with several subtypes each). The game is also ridiculously easy; I was playing on the highest difficulty with zero issues, and without putting any thought into my build. I played it alone because I couldn't convince any friends to pick it up, but I had a great time and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an easy pick-up-and-play third person aRPG where you can turn off your brain and smack stuff in a lovely original setting. It's not going to blow your mind, but it's a lovingly crafted game that deserves your attention.
MULTIPLAYER LIMITED TO 3 PLAYERS
Me and my buddies were super excited to get it at a discount to have something to just play through together, we were all connecting to the lobby, then we found out about the player limit. We tried to get the More Players mod but we never managed to get it working. Probably the modders are not too incentivized to keep updating it, my friends got frustrated and decided to refund it. Honestly I will stick with it and play it but i would've loved to play in coop.
Gameplay is soo smooth and satisfying, the visuals are amazing, a lot of fun
No se si es mi pc o el juego. Pero el rendimiento me detuvo a continuar jugando.
For just €3, the amount of content you get is incredible. I really like it, and the value for money is extremely good.
Paguei 15 reais no jogo e ainda veio dublado
Unreal stutter-fest. At least it's woke, so it's easier to get away with the game being trash. Shame from a dev team that used to make good games.
I got the game on sale for $3.50, and at that price I got enough fun out of it. But I would absolutely not recommend it at regular price. For the most part, it looks good. And combat flows well enough. That's basically everything good about it. Everything else about the game is unoriginal and derivative. You've played this game a hundred times already. While the combat functions well mechanically, it's shallow and gets very repetitive very quickly. And for the weapons that have parry ability, the parry system is just janky AF. The story/lore is bland an uninteresting, the dialogue is awful, the quests are tedious and repetitive. The only joy to be found in this game is combat, and that gets old very quickly with the shallow systems and incredible grind. Multiplayer population is essentially zero, so don't expect to play with others unless you have friends who are also interested.
Great game with good story and amazing combat. Not a ton of content but a good way to cure my boredom after dauntless got dropped.
