Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Aug 26 → 0.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

My introduction into 40k, I didn't recall it being very good but it's been many many years since then. I had the fortune of not getting past the halfway point, where the bland shooter but with a slightly more interesting perspective turns into a generic space marine story. I hope you like enemies that spawn right in your face, guns where the crosshair is a suggestion and shots that sometimes will just clip through enemies.
The only thing that killed halo, was halo itself.

I HAD A SWORD!? first off I apparently and unintendedly played into the meme that tau our weak to melee and thus only use guns...which is what I did for the hole game apart from grenades of course. How I found out was in the game manual I was just glancing over and saw the button for it. With that aside I bought this game on the last day of steam's summer sale, and my reasoning for that was the Story. To say the least it is in fact a...unique one, very 40k if you will. A lone Tau takes on the imperium AND chaos leading to him to ALMOST single-handedly win the day. And with that said, the game does need rework. such as follows (from my experience): - key binding - resolution options - better sword play (you cant see it lest you swing and the model isn't holding it by the handle from what I've seen) - there's a door missing in the titan facility that doesn't appear - mouse sensitivity options - maybe some audio fixes and that's all I have for now cause I forgot some stuff :). But it is in my opinion an alright game if you're interested into the story or want to know the Tau like their weapons, clans, and other things (available in the training). I like games like this to give you first hand experience with a certain faction such as the Tau and has gotten me interested in them. I see potential for a sequel to be made with what we have now to make it great one, and cause it be cool to shoot their guns again in fps with up to date graphics and physics. ps: with all that happened (which is truly saying something) in the game I found it a little far fetch for a Tau to be able to wield a space marine bolter but of course understood why they did cause who wouldn't want to shoot an iconic weapon in first person? lol.
Truly one of the video games of all time
your local ♥♥♥♥♥♥ here. this game ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks options only gives you audio and not video/keybinds. sensitivity is way too high. tutorial doesnt even tell you what the keybinds are. figured out the night vision button before FIGURING OUT HOW TO SWITCH WEAPONS. i would rather try to give myself a vasectomy in the dark while tweaking like your average "american" than to try figure out how to play this game again. on an unrelated note i love space marines and hate Tau i certainly think i would like this game but i cannot be bothered with all the issues listed above got this at 25% discount and i still feel like i payed too much for this game.
I think a lot of the reviews complaining about how hard this is are exaggerating. I played on Normal, and found it simple enough, if not easy (boltguns do in fact rock, especially on full auto). Anyway, the game is fun for a playthrough on sale. I have a soft spot for these old FPSs so I really enjoyed it, but it's definitely marred by a lack of soundtrack and the most awful SFX I've ever heard in a game, stuff not even the Chaos gods could have conjured.
its really good at wasting time

I really enjoyed it. The graphics are of the time, and the sound design is a terrible waffle of silence and grating sound effects with whispered dialogue... plus some of the gotcha mechanics are pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. That said, I was genuinely impressed at how many different enemies there were to encounter and how many weapons I was able to scavenge. I had a lot of fun mixing and matching my kit while fulfilling secret tasks and doing my part for the greater good. If you like old ass games with a bit o' the ol' jank to 'em, this is perfect for that.
