Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 26 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

unbelivable autistic level of detail in the actions, the possibility, the loadouts, the characters.
I owned this game back in the day and have chased the thrill of this kind of turn-based combat ever since. It's the same game. Same bugs, same strange glitches, same intense fun. Scum-save often, especially if you're a new player who is learning the interface and how things work. With most vehicles, if you can't get it to move in the "Walk" speed, toggle it to shoot at the ground, then toggle it back to Walk and sometimes that'll fix it, especially with the Predator. Displacement is the best power in the game. Full stop. 10/10. Emperor Approved.

Fun Classic TBS, but new players Beware Of These Bugs... This is an old game but for fans of turn based strategy there is $15 of fun to be had here, but be prepared for dated mechanics and bugs, most of them dating back to the original I played in 98. Bugs/Glitches: Vehicles have always been broken. Sometimes they move, usually not. They will shoot and turn but good luck getting them to move around. The Landspeeder MIGHT move but you need to find the 'scroll-cursor-up-key' and move it to a square 1 above the ground. Allow animations to play out before doing anything else. Changing weapon during anims will break an item or unit and maybe CTD. Dead marines (not heroes) will be replaced with new ones, they will usually be broken with missing stats and appear invisible. Do NOT deploy them like this, they will CTD. If you ignore them for a while they will eventually fix themselves. (They also have increasingly bizarre names - maybe the devs were trolling us) Tips: Just looking at the contents of a crate will transfer it to your stock pile at the end of the battle. Door keys need to be selected and used in the inventory while facing the door. Dont stress about losing a few marines. They will get replaced and level up quickly. Don't always trust the hit chance %, sometimes it says 0% because there's a stick or a mushroom in the way. if you shoot it will be destoyed an % will jump to 100. Most small exterior terrain is destructable, Melta weapons in particular will destroy trees, barracades, and even ruin walls. The auto cannon is so overpowered it will wipe out every enemy singlehandedly. I never use it for that reason.
I was looking how to get this game to run just a couple of months ago! What a treat! Be warned this game is VERY buggy. There is a mission i think 8 or 9 where you board a ship with a techmarine and have to retrieve data. If you get stuck walk onto the dead chaos marine with the techmarine and press the pickup icon close that and walk up to the computer in the corner and you should be able to use the tech marine ability. Worth the money played this as a kid and LOVE this game so much. The Emperor Protects.
Death to the traitors
Overall: A solid and fun tactical game that epitomizes the early vibes of Warhammer going back to 2nd-3rd edition era if you are familiar with table top. If you are new to Warhammer or tactical games there are better entry points to those genres but if you can get around the dated controls/systems it is a solid and fun experience. Some Pros; The best part of the game for me is the rpg elements. Each marine gains xp based on how much they do on a mission and will hit breakpoints and level up. You get control over each unit so you can move marines around into different squads if you want and are rewarded for rotating squads through missions so you can level up more than ultra unit. Also maps will have lots of weapon caches with upgraded weapons and ammo which is always worth looting. It is a mechanical advantage to do this but I also really love the rpg feel of that. It conveys a common Warhammer 'situation' where units fight on their own and away from supply lines so salvaging any material they can is vital. The music, layout, and even the dated graphics all really hit the vibe and nostalgia of what Warhammer feels like for me when I got into the hobby. Several mission maps are really fun in how you have to use different squad strengths to dismantle the enemy defenses. The Cons; A lot of systems are clunky and outdated, shouldn't be a surprise for a game this old. If you can learn the keybinds it really helps. The game excels in the first half but later on a lot of missions start to feel very samey. Since death is permanent you have to play each mission carefully or you can lose units very quickly. This leads to a lot of basic missions feeling very repetitive and tedious since even simple side missions requires slow, calculated advancement. Missions are individually not very long though so at least it doesnt drag on too much for an individual mission.
Issue with sound cutting out in game - please fix! Using Linux Mint with launch setting: WINEDLLOVERRIDES="ddraw=n,b" PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%
Gotta love when the chaos sorcerer teleports your unit into the ground making them unusable for the rest of the mission
