About
Overview
War of Dots is a minimalist real-time strategy game. Command your armies in real-time battles across a variety of maps. Capture cities, manage resources, and defeat your rivals.

Game Details
The key idea in War of Dots is simplicity. Unlike most other strategy games, it doesn’t rely on complex mechanics.
There are only two types of units: light – perfect for fighting in numbers, effective in most terrains, and cheaper to produce; and heavy – slower and less maneuverable, effective only in clear terrain, but with high damage and health, making them ideal for breakthroughs and impenetrable defenses.
The economy is just as simple. Cities produce new units and supply existing ones. Each city supports up to five units; if there are more, the excess units will starve. By capturing cities, you gain an economic advantage over your opponent.
That’s all you need to know! Download the game and prove your place in history alongside legends like Napoleon and Alexander the Great.

Really not good, even for free.
This game is actually very fun. I got this computer for school work and this is my first laptop, but this game is so small it works perfectly on my ♥♥♥♥♥♥ computer. W game love it and if you like fun FREE strategy games this is the goat. W game. W dev. 10/10
Very laggy in multiplayer, money system is implemented poorly, barely any strategy involved. Great concept, poor execution.
Fun for a bit but the best strategy is to do nothing. So, in half the games you play their are just 20 minute stalemate's because if you attack, you lose. I think this is even more of a factor in 3 and 4 player battles where if you capture another player's cities everyone will attack you so you learn to do nothing. I do like the terrain aspect and the way's you can encircle or gang up on enemy troops so it is satisfying to win an even battle. i dislike that it takes so long to build up units as even if you completely wipe out an enemy you will be crushed with your weakened army before the extra economy can help you rebuild. I think that is the main problem, as it causes many of the other issues. The amount of money you have is rarely a problem, unless you are attacked at the beginning on 2 fronts, most of the times I lose I have tens of thousands of dollars that I just can't spend fast enough before the other player who has been patiently waiting for an opportunity wipes me out. My final problem is that naval attacks don't work and boats just suck. as soon as boats land they are encircled and you need 7 of them just to take a city defended by 1 dot and it takes so long the opponent will just bring reinforcements. 4/10.
挺好玩的,就是汉化出了点问题
very minimalistic
