Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Aug 22 → 2.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Charming yet sad, inspiring yet a tad confusing. This is a story of someone who lost herself and now has to find herself again. Maybe by helping others, maybe by helping herself. Both. Both works. Grow the plants, make the teas, talk to Boro, talk to Nana, talk to customers- who may or may not want teas. Learn how to make each type of plant to get seeds or to get fruit. Trim weeds, move plants around and decorate the glade, sweep up piles of leave, take photos and put them in frames in the shop, collect tea leaves to dry for tea balls. Drink the teas- you need to drink the teas. And give some to the Pluffins. Not a high action game, if that's what you are looking for, Very slow, very chill - good for winding down after a hard day at work. The story can be sad, frustrating, confounding, and revelatory- all at once. But you need to do tasks and talk to Boro and others to reveal it. You can play using kb/m just fine, though using a controller feels much smoother and less finicky. Editing after checking Accessibility Options Accessibility- There are options for different forms of colorblindness, and a "Dyslexia Friendly Font" (though it says "Not all languages are supported for the dyslexia friendly font). Font scaling- Subtitles options of Small/ Medium/ Large. There is a "Motion Sickness Dot", though I am not sure how effective it is (not an issue I suffer with). No precisely timed movements or inputs are needed, but you will need to take care with selecting things from your inventory- it tends to slide and you may end up accidentally cutting down a plant you wanted to keep, or wasting water, and so on. None are game-ending- the game is pretty good at making sure you have what you need to progress. People with different forms of ASD/ ADHD/ ADD may have trouble due to the large amount of reading, need to stay focused n a single task while a million things distract you and you have a ton of things you can do- not everyone will have issues with it, but some may. Probably best to try the Demo before buying and have someone with you to guide you if needed. Alta does have voice-over (and it's good, so good...) but all dialogue is delivered via text as well, so it's probably okay for Deaf gamers though there are a few things you'll miss out on (the noises the Pluffins make, the huge Gramophone and selecting music n it correctly by hearing it, the phone-ringing audio cue to tell you a new task is available). I see lots of people upset over the sad parts of the story, but the game seems to be all about thinking you know who and what you are, then something happening to change that, and you have to find your way back to who you really are (not who you insist you must be). Overcoming adversity, discovering things you didn't remember or didn't want to remember, dealing with sometimes frustrating people in your life. If you're up for finding out more about the character *and* yourself- get it. If you need constant action and hate reading- don't. But I recommend it for anyone looking for something chill, and with time to waste- because the game will happily let you waste time if you want to. It doesn't hold your hand and guide you along in a linear fashion- you will have to figure things out on your own- but everything you need to know or learn is there in the game if you read the Field Manual and talk to the NPCs. I'm just over 10 hours in and am going to just take my time mucking around a bit. :) ***Please note this review was edited after checking Accessibility Options- please check that section of this review again if you have any concern over what is available.***

Wanderstop is a game that truly makes you feel what Alta is going through. Managing the shop and preparing tea leaves you feeling peaceful and relaxed. At certain moments, however, you will feel the weight of Alta’s agony, her impatience, and her reflections on being forced to "stop" so her body and mind—which have both reached their limits—can recover. It’s a game with a dense psychological narrative delivered in a light and thoughtful way. A quick heads-up: I encountered a specific bug with the pruning mechanic. At times, I couldn’t interact with the dried branches that appeared. To fix this, I had to return to the main menu and reload my save, which allowed me to prune them again.
Cute and soothing gameplay - a very clever way to approach trauma and burnout. I'm not crying, you're crying. Music was fabulous and really fit each scene or mood.
Full of a million tiny delights. A game about the weight of self expectation, boredom and letting go. A game that honestly changed how I look at life. As well as that it feels like a game set apart from others from its lack of permanent progression, from Boro himself telling you that things are only as meaningful as you make them. Beautiful from start to finish. If you can make a little space in a busy life to take a moment and breathe then this game is absolutely worth your time. Also Dirk Warhard for the Hugo Award 2026.
Where most management games are about min-maxing your yield, and doing everything to reach a sense of perfection, Wanderstop instead asks the player to step away from the concept of perfection entirely and embrace the experience. It's often obtuse, and quirky, but its heart is in the right place for tackling questions of mental health, burn out, and embracing change.
You can have the point of "some things dont get a complete resolution and thats ok" but it stops being a point id ever want to experience when it translated to wiping the stuff i spent hours gathering, a relaxing shop owning game doesnt work when anything i do besides the bare minimum ends up in a ditch taking my enjoyment with it.
One of the most emotionally mature and greatest story-based games I've e͟v͟e͟r played. Never sobbed/cried so hard at an ending like this before, my only complaint is that I cannot experience this for the first time again.
Credits rolling, tears coming down from your eyes with beautiful music playing. This is why I love video games, as they can be a medium for having fun, coping, healing, etc.
One of the most GENUINE storytelling experiences that makes you feel empathetic, curious, and just want to learn and listen to every story of each character in the game. I felt moved, emotional, and a bit empty inside after finishing the game, like leaving a good friend I’ve spent deep conversations and moments with. I felt even sadder knowing that the studio is closing down, but I hope all the best for the team and hope there are more stories like this that we can experience in the future.
