OK, 5 stars.
Overall good. Kind of grinded to be a little samey on the campaign but also this game isn't really designed for this. I would give it my 'all good for everyone' couch seal-of-approval if some of the spells weren't ridiculously overpowered and sometimes things could kind of happen that could doom you to die. Liked playing it though. Just not in the pantheon of 4-player vs. games for me.

This game is one of the best party games I've played in a long time. I love the concept, the art, the execution, and especially appreciate the co-op mode. It's a shining shimmering example of couch competitive mayhem at its best. Highly recommended!
great game, great value
Great multiplayer game if you have at least two controllers !!! Merlinball versus is a ton of fun if both players have similar level the game is overall simple but really effective, really worth its price
