Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 24 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Keine Kaufempfehlung.
Tags: Adventure - WC - Hidden Object Additional Tags: Delete Local Content & Hide from Library TLDR: Abandonned Episodic. Cliffhanger ending. Constant backtracking. Recycled items and HO scenes. Arbitrary item locations. Slow Hints. Basically this is your typical medium and spirits of the dead story. Most puzzles are just long strings of item fetchquests in a chain, in which necessary objects must be uncovered mostly by redoing HO scenes that have already been completed. The game requires a lot of backtracking as it opens previously defeated area for beating them again for objects. The magical system is not used all very much and is basically just an overly decorated item mixing system, mostly used to make little voodoo dolls. As you progress areas become shorter and cinematics make way for still shot style slideshows. Conclusion: Beatable in one sitting, unmemorable and poorly designed this is an easy game to skip and really a bit disrespectful to the whole magical thematic it was trying to approach by not really providing a really credible or enjoyable frame around it. Removed permanently for declutter.

An interesting HOG game with occasionally difficult HOG scenes. Feels like every HOG but with a bit more of an adventure game feel at rare times. Overall, an enjoyable experience, though the non-ending (to be continued) and lack of a sequel are a bit disappointing since this HOG felt a tiny bit different. Oh, the MC's face and walking animation feel like a decade older in style compared to the rest of of the game. Kind of nightmare fuel in a way. Very short overall, but according to what I've seen in other Steam discussions, the shortness and cause for the sudden ending was lack of funds or time, and the developer parted ways with the publisher after, so no sequel.
Summary
A decent but old hidden object game done well with an unfortunate unfinished cliffhanger ending. Pros + Good gameplay + Decent story Cons - Cliffhanger
Overview
Voodoo Whisperer Curse of a Legend is a decent but old hidden object game with good setting, map exploration, hidden object areas, and puzzles to solve. There is voice overs which are done well enough but unfortunately its only done during the opening scene. It has an interesting enough setting and storyline that explains the motivations of Lillian to keep you going but it isn't anything unique. At this point the game is showing its age but as long as you focus on the gameplay it isn't too bad. The real issue with the game is how abruptly the story ends and you're left with a cliffhanger. Gameplay The gameplay is nothing new or unique in the genre although it is done well. Map exploration is quite important and you don't simply pass through areas without checking key points, some have importance such as items or shows that you may need to backtrack there at a later time. Hidden object zones aren't the toughest as items don't simply blend together so carefully combing through things will net you the items you need to find easily. The puzzles you need to solve are also not too difficult and most are self explanatory. The only part that could get rather confusing I would say is the combining of items, creation of voodoo dolls, and the use of spells. There are places you'd think the spell could be used but you wouldn't be able to or there is something you would need to do first before casting it.

Further digging brings up that the game was cut in half and there is doubtfully going to be a continuation as the original developers has parted ways with developing company Gogii Games. If you find my reviews useful do follow my Curator page for more!
This game has a tendency to not track and it floats all over the place
Well it a mixed bag, visually is really good, more realistic than most hog games but there is no support for wide screen, low resolution, some hog scenes are hard and tedious, items you have to find could be on the edge of the screen barley visible or everything is in so similar tone that it is very hard to find anything, you even have magnifying glass to make it little bit easier but still it is tedious and frustrating. Some puzzles are also to tedious, like when you have ripped piece of plain paper and you can rotate every piece, no details just clean paper. And on top of that there is almost no voice overs, cut scenes are stiff garbage, there are only tiny little bits of story and game is cut in the middle, no ending, feel like developers run out of time and money and call it done.
It ends with a sequel??? Where is it then?
awesome game
The Hidden Object screens are a bit obnoxious - some things you have to find are almost completely hidden behind other objects to the point where you can't tell what it is. Not many puzzles mostly just item collection but it kept me entertained. Shame it's TBC though
