Vampire®: The Masquerade-Bloodlines™ delivers a new type of RPG experience-one that blends all the core elements of a traditional RPG with the graphical richness, immediacy and brutal combat of a first-person action game. The game plunges players into the dark and gritty vampire underworld of modern-day L.A. as a creature of the night.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
12 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2/day in the week to Sep 3 → 2.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Its janky, poorly coded and looks dreadful for its time. but all that is transcended by proper game design principles that are lacking in the computer RPG space at the moment. So many CRPG's shy from real time and use a less immersive party mechanic that dilutes the player experience. Or, like its disastrous sequal, compromise on the mechanical side of the RPG. but despite all its faults, it has more atmosphere in one mission than many RPG's have in their whole world. The sequal should've kept everything mechanical and simply updated the packaging and wrote a new story. but decided to abandon what made the game beloved.
The soundtrack sends chills down my spine whenever I listen to it, this is the only game which made me feel so involved and immersed in a video game, the atmosphere is incredible, I cannot define the word for it because it's just so incredible. Bloodlines is the best western RPG I’ve played. It's replay value is awesome, the different clans make the playthrough vary every time. The choices the game gives you are actual choices with consequences. You're put in a world where you don't understand a single thing, and everyone around you is at each other’s throat, staying neutral is only a temporary option. You can learn about the city, and its people in Downtown's pub, which is an incredibly simple, yet amazing way to make the player understand things. Never saw a game handle story-telling through this kind of way, and it's reoccurring, you can talk to a lot of npcs at any time of the game, and they'll give updated dialogue wherever you are in the story. The different clans you can choose make the game really interesting. A few of them result in the same gameplay, with different abilities, but some actually change dialogue, making the game INCREDIBLY different. (I wouldn't recommend Malkavian for a first time playthrough) I played through the game as a Ventrue, using melee weapons. Gameplay is quite simple, stats really matter so investing in combat skills is important, though you have the option to skip it with social skills, though not every encounter. The game made me so immersed. At the end of the game, you can see the downtown area of the game, and with the music, it made me just sit in my chair, enjoy the view and think about things, gazing off into the city's nightlife, the cars moving in the background as dim, tiny lights. It's as if I got suck in the game suddenly, making me be there physically. There are tons of areas in the game where you can see other locations from afar. The only negativity I can really mention, is the fact that you have to mod the game, in-order to properly play it. The content that the mod adds is mostly QoL, and crash prevention. There are graphical mods that fix the mushy pixelated textures, but I think it's more immersive to play with just the regular mods that fix issues. If an alien had come to earth, this would be the game that I would show it. I cannot fathom how much I love this game, and how replayable it is.

12 on sale3 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 3 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 12 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Probably the best rpg game i have ever played in my life. simply ahead of it's time. 10/10
Clunky beyond belief, and always good for a replay. The game is barely holding together, no matter how many fan patches, but it's such an awesome RPG with great writing and chock-full of colorful characters. It is revered for good reason, shame it never got a sequel.
I thought about buying Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines 2. And then I realized... why play that when I can simply play this game again, which is one of the best rpgs ever made? Play it if you haven't. Play it again if you have.
This game has a cult following. Play it and you will become a part of the cult. Seriously, once you play this game you will find reason to go back and try out different paths. Features strong female characters, interesting lore, and at the same time, silly moment. Unfortunately this game was overshadowed by Half-Life 2 as a competitor, and was pushed to release early meaning you will need to path the game to run properly.
Much like <Eraserhead> in the world of film, Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines is arguably the most famous cult classic in RPG history - and it surely deserves that title. Built upon the World of Darkness setting, the game weaves together historical conspiracy theories back to the Assyrian Empire, a reimagined biblical tale of Cain, and simmering power struggle between factions across modern Los Angeles: Camarilla, Anarch, Sabbat, and Kuei-jin, Every thread converges around the MacGuffin known as the Ankaran Sarcophagus, forming a rich, twisting narrative. Even more memorable is its unfiltered, rebellious millennial zeitgeist and unapologetically unrestrained content: cryptic supernatural creatures, Sabbat torture rituals, snuff videos, celebrity threesome, stereotyped East Asian. Your clan choices, skill points, and every branching decisions actually changes the story, delivering deeply satisfying consequence-and-choice feedback; the haunted hotel level is memorable. Powered by the Source engine, it blends physics-based puzzles, destructible environments, and throwable bottles(as basic immersive simulation mechanics) Despite its one-of-a-kind strengths, the technical shortcomings are annoying, alongside shoddy level design like the sewer and Sabbat headquarter level. Bugs turn the playthrough into a tightrope walking between 2 crumbing buildings (even with the unofficial patch). The game’s personality mirrors the Voerman
“sisters”
at its core: a volatile fusion of unhinged, unapologetic radicalism paired with the methodical, rational legacy of CRPG. All things considered, the game is not a flawless "masterpiece" - but I would never regret every single night I spent wandering Los Angeles within its dark immersive world.
game broke after 5.8 hours no solution exists for it i looked everywhere i hate giving this game this review i really loved it its amazing but if its not playable thats a big problem if the game comes out with a remastered version ill buy it i
One of the best games i ever played and definetely the best vampire rpg. It was little buggy even with unofficial patch which helped a lot, but i was able to put that aside. There isnt any other game like this out there. Its one of its kind and you should definitely play it.
