Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 21 → 2/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 11: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I can't beat this game. I played it once a long time ago when we rented it or borrowed it or something. Then I tried playing it with mouse and keyboard controls that I couldn't figure out. I've restarted again recently and really enjoy the characters/story of this game, but it's combat is the perfect mix of predictable and RNG that make it so intimidating to approach a battle the first time. And I really do think the battle system is the weakest part of this game. The first time you play any battle scenario you have no way of knowing if you brought the right troops into the right position. It's kind of like a slightly better version of the stupid unit placement in the original Final Fantasy tactics: you go in blind until you memorize what layout starts where and which enemies are in those areas. This makes it so that the best way to play this game is to save before playing each mission, play through it, and then reload your save and play it again. If it just showed you a 3d view from the areas you can place units at the start of the fight this would be more acceptable, but, as it stands, frankly the combat is more about memorizing the twists and turns than it is about any real skill in the initial encounter. Heck, I've often tried loading up the battle just to see what was there before reloading and starting it again, but at that point I'm already thinking "Oh yeah. I forgot about the surprise tank at this scripted event. I'll just remember that when I reload again and already be positioned to blow it up." And those scripted event triggers really are the hinge on which the entire combat system turns. For example, I just got stuck on the battle with the giant tank outside the ruin. Maximillion would take one turn, shout my tank, and then end the round. The only thing I could do was take out his machine guns 1-by-1 because without him moving, none of the scripted events would take place. It took me like 6 turns to realize I needed to move my tank for him to move, and I've already beat that fight twice before. I think that's why I always get disheartened as I play. I like approachable/challenging games where I die occasionally but sometimes barely make it through by the skin of my teeth due to quick thinking and reaction time in encounters that surprised me the first time through. This game is neither approachable or challenging in terms of player skill in its combat: it's just Chess with guns and some annoying RNG. A good but flawed game. I might just look up the cutscenes on Youtube or something to find out what happens. I at least need to know if Cherry survives.
I think this game holds up pretty well. It very much feels like an evolution of fire emblem, I’m sure even more so back in 2008. I would recommend playing it if you’re a fan of these kinds of games. That said, at 30 hours, it feels pretty short for turn based strategy games, but it still feels a hair too long. Maybe that’s just where I am in life. The story is probably above average, but nothing to write home about. The art style, music, and gameplay are all great, aside from the gimmick levels, which are typically pretty frustrating and where I ended up wasting most of my time. A few QoL features would go a long way. Being able to speed up/skip enemy turns and auto-progress on the dialogue in particular would make some parts of the game feel less like a slog. Otherwise, one shotting troops with a sniper never gets old.
Great Game! I originally beat this game on PS3 and loved it. Haven't played it in like 10 years and now about 2/3rds through and it's a great game. No other gameplay like it. No bugs or issues and doesn't use much system resources. Music is good and story is great. Graphics are anime style, but it was from PS3, so a little dated
Сюжет для третьего класса с явным фансервисом и скучным геймплеем
Fun gameplay and likeable characters. Shame about all the child soldiers and war crimes.
Loving characters and nice graphics
I played this on the PS3 the first time around and now that I've finished it again, I do have some thoughts. The CANVAS engine makes the game look really great and the tactics engine complements it, even though the game gives you contradictory advice at times where you're using up squad spaces on units that aren't useful in the scenario. My biggest issue is with the story, which had a fair bit of anime baloney in it, but also had some baffling plot points, specifically when the protagonists are allowed to simply walk away when they would've been put in a shallow grave in any other scenario. But I suppose that's because that world has some sense of honour compared to this one. It's a great game if you can overlook some of it's issues and want to play a good tactics type game. Just make sure Jann is covering your ass.
