I think it's important to note that yes, this is 100% a "Part 1" with no guarantees of when we will have a Part 2. So while there's a bunch of paths you can go to, I think it's fair people feeling bad for seemingly finishing in a kind of cliffhanger. However, I really did enjoy my time playing it (don't let the steam stat for hours played fool you, I played more than this) and got liked very much each character I interacted with. This has all the chances in the world of turning into something truly awesome with time. Hope CoG see this as well and support this more in the future.
Excellent start. Can't wait for part 2

I did enjoy it a fair bit, especially the villain, betrayal ending but.. Even with the update, it still feels like a first half of a complete tale. I would still recommend people to buy it on sale and enjoy the journey you currently have, but temper your expectations with regard to the endings.
Great game!
Had fun with it but it's ending made the entire game feel like a Chapter One/Prologue and it's end there
This is honestly a good read, and I can't wait to read a sequel.
I quite enjoyed Unsupervised as an engaging superpowers story with many branching paths and variations based on your choices. Looking forward to see whether there will be any follow up!
A strong start that reads more like a prelude to something that could turn out great. If you're starved for more superhero CYOAs, get it, otherwise, wait for the second book to come out.
Unsupervised feels like the first half of a two-part season—full of potential but ending just as things get interesting. It's too short to be fully satisfying, yet I can't in good conscience downvote it because what's there is well-written and engaging. The young adult characters feel surprisingly authentic, avoiding the usual cringe, and the powers and mentor choices are great and add variety. While these choices may not drastically change outcomes, everything points to them having a much greater impact later on in the story... a story that is far from over. And this is the core of the issue and why Unsupervised can't be wholeheartedly recommended: everything feels like it's setting up book two, alas book one is simply too short and doesn't provide enough payoff to stand on its own.
the game is literally so good and they had a huge build up just to... finish so suddenly. man that was dissapointing I want to play more.
A very cool game that was greatly improved by the latest update that added a lot of stuff. All the different power sets get their own special mentors and the storylines are influenced by it, with some really neat moments for all of them, even if the game's last act is greatly influenced by time travel and thus fit Chronomancy best, Elementalist is still my favorite power set personally. Would love a sequel. Just a shame that COG run their business like a discord server or a subreddit.
