Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Primitiv, bieder und steif. Höchstens für Kinder.
Graphics and theme are not bad, but bad voice acting, poor Russian language research, wooden dialogues/writing.

Bon jeu
Undercover Missions: Operation Kursk K-141 is a narrative-driven point-and-click adventure that reaches for the tension of a spy thriller while anchoring itself to a real historical tragedy. Developed by The Game Species and published by OGRE Engine, the game casts players as undercover Russian agent Milena Belyaeva, tasked with tracing the disappearance of her partner and unraveling a criminal conspiracy linked to the doomed submarine K-141 Kursk. The premise is immediately compelling: it promises intrigue, political shadows, and personal stakes, unfolding across multiple chapters and a wide array of locations that span icy port cities, covert meeting spots, and the claustrophobic interior of a military vessel. The structure adheres closely to classic adventure conventions. Progression is driven by exploration, dialogue, and inventory puzzles, with occasional mini-games introduced to vary the rhythm. The scope is ambitious for an indie production, offering dozens of scenes and a lengthy campaign that can stretch well beyond what many casual adventures provide. This breadth helps sell the idea of a sprawling investigation, and there are moments where the sense of place and procedural work—following leads, interrogating suspects, piecing together clues—feels appropriately methodical for an espionage story. Narratively, the game aims high. It intertwines a personal mystery with a broader criminal plot, using the Kursk disaster as a somber backdrop rather than a spectacle. When it works, the tone is grounded and serious, avoiding cartoonish villainy in favor of a slower burn. However, the storytelling frequently struggles to maintain momentum and clarity. English localization issues are a persistent problem, with awkward phrasing and unclear dialogue muddying motivations and undercutting dramatic beats. Key emotional moments—particularly those tied to Milena’s missing partner—often lack the buildup or payoff needed to resonate, leaving threads that feel underdeveloped by the conclusion. Puzzle design is another mixed element. Many interactions follow familiar logic that adventure veterans will recognize, but others veer into opaque territory, requiring trial-and-error rather than deduction. Important items can be hidden in unintuitive places or demand repeated interactions before triggering progress, and red herrings can clutter the inventory and stall pacing. These issues don’t render the game unplayable, but they do interrupt immersion, especially when progress hinges on clicking every object multiple times to see what “sticks.” Visually, Undercover Missions presents a respectable variety of environments that reinforce its cold-war-era espionage aesthetic. Backgrounds are detailed enough to convey mood and context, from bleak industrial docks to tense interiors, though character models and animations are stiff and dated. The interface reflects older adventure design sensibilities, sometimes requiring extra clicks to perform basic actions. Sound design and music aim for atmosphere but rarely elevate scenes; voice acting, in particular, often feels flat, which compounds the narrative’s localization problems. Despite these shortcomings, the game’s length and ambition give it a certain gravitas. For players willing to invest the time, there’s satisfaction in seeing the investigation through and appreciating the attempt to blend fiction with a sensitive historical subject. Community reception reflects this divide: some players value the scope, setting, and seriousness of the story, while others find the experience frustrating due to translation issues, uneven puzzles, and an ending that doesn’t fully capitalize on its setup. Ultimately, Undercover Missions: Operation Kursk K-141 is a case of strong ideas meeting uneven execution. It offers a distinctive premise within the point-and-click genre and shows clear ambition in its narrative reach and worldbuilding. For fans of classic adventure games who can tolerate rough edges in exchange for a lengthy, investigative experience, it can be worth exploring. Players seeking polished storytelling, intuitive puzzle logic, and strong presentation may find that its flaws overshadow the intrigue it works so hard to establish. Rating: 5/10
