This review could apply to any popular FPV simulator I have tried, not just this one. They are all terrible, undercooked, buggy, and unoptimized games—and I mean specifically "games," as I don't know how they stand as sims since I am not an FPV pilot. The first and main issue, for me as a person who is learning to pilot, is that there are no useful tutorials in any of them; there are just two basic maneuver lessons that you have to complete without any useful criteria for success (i.e., a practical skill you can actually take away from the completion). As a result, you have to learn even the most basic skills on your own, which takes quite a few hours. There is no menu navigation controller support, so you have to keep the mouse close and constantly switch between devices, which is beyond annoying. Specifically regarding this game: there is a stupid respawn mechanic where you simply cannot restart the race from the start; you have to open the map and then click a specific menu. On some maps, you respawn at a checkpoint but to the left or right of it, or even after it, but not pointing in your movement direction. Even at the beginning, there were a few issues with the controller setup that I had to investigate just to start the game—which is the only game I have ever had these types of issues with. And the list could go on. Anyway, in my opinion, the only reason one would go through all this nonsense is if you want to learn to fly the real thing.

Маю три симулятори, але, на жаль, я розчарований фізикою цієї гри. Вона однозначно краща, ніж у Ukrainian Fight Drone Simulator, але й близько не дотягує до Liftoff. Про рейти взагалі мовчу. Та й графіка — у мене все на максимальних налаштуваннях, але якість текстур доволі посередня. Шкода, бо чогось бракує в керуванні. Рівень потужності при подачі газу, поведінка дрона, реакція на стики — начебто рейти ті самі, що й в інших симуляторах, але відчуття від польоту зовсім інші. Чи рекомендував би я його комусь? Ні. Хіба що для того, щоб зрозуміти різницю між симуляторами. Також засмутила відсутність можливості прив'язати кнопку рестарту до пульта керування. З великих плюсів можу відзначити можливість змінювати погодні умови та різноманіття карт. У реальному житті я ще жодного разу не літав на FPV-дроні, лише на Mavic. Тому мені дуже цікаво спробувати справжній політ, адже тоді можна буде дійсно оцінити, який із симуляторів найближчий до реальності за фізикою польоту.

Bardzo udana grafika. Fajny do nauki latania FPV. Latanie na padzie od xboxa, da się, ale nie warto się męczyć. Jakiś kontroler *fpv podstawa. Czasem się coś przytnie.

I love that the physics and the moves are very close to real drones. The vast choice of maps that are available makes it impossible to get bored of.
