About
You know, when you explain an idea, the idea fundamentally changes.
UNBEATABLE is an anime-juiced rhythm adventure where you (figuratively) destroy on stage while you (literally) destroy on stage. During rhythm gameplay, you only need two buttons: a button for up and a button for down. Simple to understand! The complicated part is doing it. Try not to get destroyed yourself.
Half the game is walking around and taking things at your own pace. The other half is trying to keep up with ours.
The pink-haired girl is Beat, and she is you, and you have a lot of things to worry about. The cops are everywhere, and they are mad at you for what feels like no good reason. Though it doesn't help your case that you keep making friends with people that the cops are mad at for slightly better reasons. But what do I know?
Talk to people, help them out (or don't, I'm not your mom!), play huge concerts, and punch cops. And then run away from the cops you punched. Also there are monsters or something. Not sure what's going on there?!?!
All of this culminates in massive setpieces where everything is at stake. The music got you here. It'll get you through it.
*if this was 1999 this section would be called "talk the talk and rock the rock"
UNBEATABLE's full arcade mode is an entire game by itself with its own progression system and a full online component. There's modifiers, tons of songs (with more to come!) and a whole challenge board to beat, with things to do that range from as simple as "beat a song on easy mode" to, one may presume, something as complicated as "solve an ancient riddle while skateboarding." That's not a real example.
**if this was 1999 this section would be called "party like it's now"
FEATURES:
Story Mode: 6-8 hours. Arcade Mode: UNLIMITED
Characters that hate you!
Maybe also some that don't!
The arcade mode has a cute little profile you can customize and unlock stuff for and I think that's pretty neat
Graphics! We'd describe them but I mean it's right there, you can see it
A whole entire double album worth of original songs
plus acoustic versions of those songs
oh and also remixes, too
You can unlock all the songs by playing the narrative OR just by playing the arcade game exclusively! Great for those who truly hate stories
Something (in this game) will make you feel something (in real life)!
It's anime
If you think about it, QTEs are basically just rhythm games with no music
Please, whatever you do, the title is either all caps or no caps. Be kind to us.
And the idea changes you in return.

This was a surprise find for me and it blew me away. The soundtrack is GOATED. The writing is GOATED. and the overall gameplay is one of the better rhythm games I've played within the last year or two. 9/10 -Not enough fart jokes.
For some reason. Well I know why. But. Anytime im feeling suicidal. I always go back to this game. Even if i think about other games more. But its always this one. I think thats why. Its the impact of art. The whole game is about how music. And art makes you feel. And how you can use a part of you. To help others feel better. And I love that. Thats why im still around. To make something to help others. Something with even the slightest amount of impact this has left on me. And you know what you should do? Make art. I know ive been hating on mine. And I want to fix that. But even if you art sucks. Just make it. I believe you can make somthing beautiful.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

made me feel things i cant put into words
just, hell yea, badass, im lovin this
this game's story is genuinely a life-changing experience. i wish i had followed it more, i played the original white label demo way back when, but i never payed much attention outside of that. but it's alright, i'm here now, and it's a great time. god i wish i had more words for this game but i am truly just speechless. play unbeatable, have fun, or don't. who cares
This game has some of the worst code ever written. Worth playing anyways cause its incredibly good, Also I need Penny and Beat to kiss IMMEDIATELY.
Gotto be my favourite game I am her, well, not 100% since i cant sing or guitar but for the rest i am so her, and i'll only become more her Love this game, it's not perfect and that makes it better
Sometimes, feeling hurt is better than feeling nothing.
Upon completion of this game I could sing praises for centuries to the devs, the musicians, the writers, and the muses that, apparently, blessed them in the process of making UNBEATABLE. I won't do that because that would be a long review. However this game changed me on a subconscious level. It makes you take a step back and think and i believe everyone should play it.
