About
You know, when you explain an idea, the idea fundamentally changes.
UNBEATABLE is an anime-juiced rhythm adventure where you (figuratively) destroy on stage while you (literally) destroy on stage. During rhythm gameplay, you only need two buttons: a button for up and a button for down. Simple to understand! The complicated part is doing it. Try not to get destroyed yourself.
Half the game is walking around and taking things at your own pace. The other half is trying to keep up with ours.
The pink-haired girl is Beat, and she is you, and you have a lot of things to worry about. The cops are everywhere, and they are mad at you for what feels like no good reason. Though it doesn't help your case that you keep making friends with people that the cops are mad at for slightly better reasons. But what do I know?
Talk to people, help them out (or don't, I'm not your mom!), play huge concerts, and punch cops. And then run away from the cops you punched. Also there are monsters or something. Not sure what's going on there?!?!
All of this culminates in massive setpieces where everything is at stake. The music got you here. It'll get you through it.
*if this was 1999 this section would be called "talk the talk and rock the rock"
UNBEATABLE's full arcade mode is an entire game by itself with its own progression system and a full online component. There's modifiers, tons of songs (with more to come!) and a whole challenge board to beat, with things to do that range from as simple as "beat a song on easy mode" to, one may presume, something as complicated as "solve an ancient riddle while skateboarding." That's not a real example.
**if this was 1999 this section would be called "party like it's now"
FEATURES:
Story Mode: 6-8 hours. Arcade Mode: UNLIMITED
Characters that hate you!
Maybe also some that don't!
The arcade mode has a cute little profile you can customize and unlock stuff for and I think that's pretty neat
Graphics! We'd describe them but I mean it's right there, you can see it
A whole entire double album worth of original songs
plus acoustic versions of those songs
oh and also remixes, too
You can unlock all the songs by playing the narrative OR just by playing the arcade game exclusively! Great for those who truly hate stories
Something (in this game) will make you feel something (in real life)!
It's anime
If you think about it, QTEs are basically just rhythm games with no music
Please, whatever you do, the title is either all caps or no caps. Be kind to us.
And the idea changes you in return.

to explain the low playtime as of writing this review, i already played and BEAT this game on someone elses account but anyway this game just genuinely means a lot to me. Before i ever played this game, i pretty much had problems just accepting who i am and kept having problems understanding myself. But of course that all changed when i played this game, sounds crazy... sort of This game is probably the only piece of media that genuinely means a lot 2 me, it just helped me understand that nothing in life is truly perfect and you can never achieve that, thats why you just have to keep moving on forward living and accepting your past mistakes. You just have to love yourself the way you are UNBEATABLE may not be perfect, encountered a lot of bugs/glitches during my playthrough but it still is a masterpiece in my eyes, and it is still a genuine work of art and just feels human like. I deeply resonated with beat and saw a lot myself in her, shes honestly become my top 1 favorite character because of that if it isnt obvious enough lol also i think quaver, treble, clef and rest were also pretty awesome.. im also not afraid to admit that i cried out a waterfall during the ending of the game lol Okie dokie thats pretty much all i have to say about this game, to the future people who are reading this: always remember to keep loving yourself and keep doing what you love even if you arent good, someday you'll realize what you can actually do, and i too hope it for myself as well luv ya forever now unbeatable <3

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A deeply emotional game that leverages the interactivity of the medium to send its message to the fullest. This is the sort of thing I'd recommend to anyone who cares even a little about rhythm games, and then a lot of people who don't. My only gripe is that while the game carries an intentional roughness that's very important to its vibe, there's still some clearly *un*intentional bugs that still need fixing. (One such example is a section at around the end of Chapter 2 that plays multiple sound effects pretty loudly just as the section starts; most videos of the chapter from around release showcase this bug, and as of the time of review this has not been fixed.)
Incredible game. Amazing story with interesting characters and fun minigames. And of course, the music in both incredible to listen to and to play.
unbeatable is not the best gameplay wise. maybe that's because i overestimated myself and played on unbeatable difficulty, and even though it did feel good to overcome the challenge this game's readability is dubious at times. that being said; this is one of those games where you beat it and even after the credits, all you can do is just sit and think. obviously about the game, but in general as well. like that kind of feeling. the kind of feeling where even if you want to get up, maybe stretch, use the bathroom, eat maybe? all you can do is sit and think. like nothing else is there almost? maybe while writing a steam review as your stream of consciousness takes over. usually when a game impresses me and makes me feel this way i don't usually have the words for it and to be honest with how much rambling i'm doing i still don't think i do, but for some reason this game is able to make me speechless while still needing to speak about it. and who knows! maybe i live in a world where it's rare to be a weird freak who can overlook some of the issues i have with the gameplay to appreciate the message and story it's trying to tell. but if that's the case i don't think i'd ever apologize for being alone in that regard for a group of people making something in the hopes of expressing something. i just hope i dont come off as corny or cheesy or whatever. but to be honest even if i do, i don't know if i think i care. i love this game, and this is how i'm choosing to express it. by telling you that this game IS worth playing. even if you don't like rhythm games, just give it a shot. this game doesn't make you feel, it is feeling. that's what all art is, after all.
it's rough around the edges at some points, but that's kind of the point. perfection isn't necessary to live your life to the fullest. UNBEATABLE (all caps or no caps) really struck a chord with me, helped motivate me in a really bad time. it's been a while since then, and i'm doing way better now. it didn't "save me" or anything, that's not realistic, but it did help me along the right path, and that's special. it means a lot to me, and i hope it can be something like that for you <3
Music is feeling... Art is feeling
cant you say something i dont already know?
For less than $30 you can get one of, if not the best gaming experiences I've ever had. I wish I found this game sooner and I wish I could play again fresh. This is a rhythm adventure where music is illegal and you commit crimes. And its is simply amazing.
can i talk to whoever made the achievements and folios i just finished the achievements
