Did you read Higurashi? Did you like Higurashi? Then read Umineko. Havent read Higurashi? Then read Umineko. Use original sprites, though. The Mangagamer sprites look awful and aren't great at illustrating the characters and their emotions.

"Чайки" поразили меня. Сложно поверить, что это написал автор "Цикад". Безусловно, "Цикады" - это отлично прописанная история с живыми персонажами, но она абсолютно линейна, даже при [spoiler]концепции временной петли.[/spoiler] После прочтения не остаётся никаких вопросов. А в "Чайках" реализован совершенно уникальный метод повествования, где [spoiler]персонажи и события являются воплощением идей и метафор.[/spoiler] Ryukishi07 старается, насколько это возможно, раздвинуть границы того, как вообще можно писать историю. Понравилось то, как филигранно здесь используются аниме-клише; как игра буквально переосмысливает детективный жанр и вертит им как хочет, но при этом продолжает придерживаться его ключевых основ; как она почти всегда безошибочно угадывает мысли читателя и активно троллит его по этому поводу. Новелла постоянно заставляет тебя думать, и много времени у меня ушло не на само чтение, а на выстраивание вместе с главным героем версий преступлений. В музыкальном плане это масштабный совместный проект лучших инди-композиторов Японии того времени. Саундтрек насчитывает более 200 треков и длится около 12 часов, и в нём собрано огромное количество самых разных жанров и стилей. Поэтому не удивительно, что музыка и песни здесь настолько прекрасны. Начало может показаться медленным, но в последствии вы не сможете оторваться от чтения. Наслаждайтесь этой историей и ничего себе не спойлерите. Вы больше никогда не прочитаете ничего подобного. Советую играть через Umineko Project, установка муторная, но оно того стоит. Получите возможность насладиться талантливой озвучкой, а также высококачественными спрайтами, фонами и иллюстрациями.
