I'll give it a thumbs up when the people responsible for a clearly enunciated "Merry Christmas" being subtitled as "Happy Holidays" are publicly fired.

I cannot recommend this game in good faith so long as cygames continues to employ the woke localizers who are continuing to butcher this game and its art/story. Especially now having learned about them forcing in gen z brainrot language where it has no business being. Add to that the whole censoring of merry christmas as "happy holidays". This lack of quality control just shows how little the company cares about the franchise, both in terms of the game and the anime.

Its become DEI Censored slop. already uninstalled wont touch till change happen. just use AI for translations its cheaper and 500% better and more accurate.

I'll still play this game because I like this franchise, but man I really strongly disagree how they are handling the translation for global, in which essentially turns every Umamusume into freaking Daitaku Helios Gen Z slang for their dialogue. If this continues to get worse, I might just sadly drop this game. You can still play this game, but I really don't recommend spending any money if you really do not like their decisions for how they are localizing this game.
