Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion

Wholesome, relaxing, very entertaining and nostalgic. Pretty linear and sense of direction is done well. Awesome characters, dialogue, simple story, and each area had its own music. Gameplay is standard This was so close to being a 10/10 but a few things ruined that, though I still recommend it because it was an overall enjoyable game. I wouldn't play it again, and after the 2 lame boss fights I encountered I'd give it an 8 Everything about the game was fantastic up until the Liz boss. What kind of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is that? Took my souls gamer about 10 tries to get through it. I spent time trying to figure out what the actual mechanic to defeat them was supposed to be based on the environment and tools, like I would expect for a good boss fight, but there was no mechanic or strategy at all. Just dodge so that was lame Mayor Onion boss also was lame but not as lame as Liz. There were no mechanics or environment interactables for this fight so it was just dodge 3 attacks which could be either brutal, health destroying, or has annoying auto targeting even when moving. I ended up winning after resorting to cheesing it by smashing his face against the wall with my shovel so he wouldn't run around I enjoy boss fights that have mechanics and challenges with structure, not just lame BS which these two fights felt like - lame and uneventful - making me feeling like I want to cheese it
