After failing to pay taxes and getting evicted from your home, you must go on an epic quest to pay back your massive debt to Mayor Onion. Felt it had a very slow start with a lot of walking and dialogue. Once more mechanics were added upon progression, the game became more and more engaging. Cute game that made me think of a less challenging binding of isaac version, especially at the end-game on the train. Really had fun with the battles and the sprinkling of puzzles throughout the game.
A fun but short adventure game Emphasis on "short" The combat isn't very challenging, and there is some fun humor along the way.

I did NOT expect this silly cute game to become what it did lol but it's very fun give it a play
Tear up all the taxes and papers, turnip boy is a fun game. Mechanics are simple, Puzzles are not that bad plus the game easy to control. The story is nice. Short game worth buying on sale. The art style is also good too. Rating: 8/10
