Your truck is magic and you now owe a soul debt to the buff isekai elf girl living in your head. Run over pedestrians as Truck-kun in a chaotic OVA-sized campaign, make deliveries, and defeat the Skeleton King across two worlds in this anime driving game with heart!
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →

Carissa Ward was all set to start her new job as the VP of marketing--until YOU hit her with your truck and transported her consciousness to a world of fantasy and magic! Rather than accept her fate, gathering a party and going on a journey of growth and self-discovery, Carissa uses all her knowledge of anime tropes and Japanese RPGs to find a different path:

Pressed into the service of the newly-incarnated buff anime elf, you'll speed your magic delivery truck to complete objectives across two worlds in a focused and flavorful OVA-sized campaign, running over pedestrians, sending them to another world as Truck-kun, and helping Carissa power up a Galactic Gate with the stars you generate together. The Skeleton King waits on the other end of the great divide, and the only way Carissa is getting home is to take a Scroll of Resurrection from his weird, dead, bony hands.
Good luck!!!
Dodge cops, make deliveries, and smash through objects in the chaotic small town of Wenvale, USA!
Complete objectives across two worlds to power up a Galactic Gate with stars and unlock a subversive, heartwarming story rooted in our love for anime.
Run over pedestrians to turn them into monsters Carissa can slay for stars and XP. It's fine! Don't worry! Stop thinking about it!!
Energetic, ska-inspired soundtrack by award-winning composer David Mason (Dredge, Creepy Redneck Dinosaur Mansion 3).

Exactly what it looks like: An Incredibly fun game about completing silly objectives as fast as possible, while desperately trying to keep the clock from hitting 0. Just like Crazy Taxi. Unlike Crazy Taxi, there isn't a dedicated drive/reverse thing that boosts if you perfectly time pressing the gas pedal when you put it into drive. Instead they've got dedicated buttons for Sick Maneuvers, but I'm sure tech will be found in time if that's not to your preference.

10/10 - no notes. These devs understand what fun is, and made this game as fun as possible within a tight, refined scope. It runs well, gives a lot of laughs, and rewards finesse. Script is funny as hell - had me swept up within minutes. Highly recommended.
This game is peak chaotic ♥♥♥♥. It's in that rare genre of game where you need to figure out how to optimize running over the most people possible. Driving is that right level of floaty with hints of air control that mean you're constantly moving at near top speed. I'd love to see it be so successful that they're forced to expand it or make a bigger sequels.
Probably a little on the pricey side for the amount of content in the game, but the quality is absolutely there. Just a good, fun vibe driving around the city in a crazy taxi like fashion. Would love to see more content in the future for sure. If the game looks interesting to you in anyway, you'll likely find a ton to love here.
It's a fun, silly little game with a simple little plotline, If you're expecting something deep and profound then you'll likely be disappointed. Mobility and map knowledge are as much important as knowing how, when and where to boost your trucks speed. While the game recommends using a controller the PC controls aren't terrible and easy to grasp with how simple the game itself is. Also if I had a coin for every game where I murdered a character voiced by Nichole Goodnight only for her to return and torment me I would have two coins. At least this time she can't make me cry.
Truck-Kun can beat Goku
Arcade like fun, really recommended if you want to shut your brain off and hit stuff with a truck while drifting.
Taking some of the best parts from Katamari and Crazy Taxi, Truck-Kun is short but sweet and had enough charm for me to play run after run until I got 100%. I'd love to see a little more meat on this bone, if only for more excuses to drift and ramp in my fun little truck. Definitely worth a try for the price if only for a few madcap cartoon rampages. Good job Strange Scaffold!
