Truck-kun is Supporting Me from Another World?!

a satisfying loop with a great narrative layer on top! also its fun to smash into ♥♥♥♥.

Fun concept but needs more content

This games a blast. You can pay attention and go for scores while finishing the story and after you're done it's still fun to go in and just brain off crash into stuff. Really had a lot of fun, will come back to get the rest of the achievements at some point. Also want to do some free roam and find the secrets I know I've been near but missed. The last mission was a really fun twist and maybe we get some more content like that!

Simply fun arcade game where you can ask yourself "why is running over people so hard dammit, I need those milestones!" Pair that with a simple dynamic between the driver and Carissa, and it makes for a charming experience. Though it does have one major flaw, the simplicity. You just do the same stuff every outing to complete objectives in the exact same map every time, it's understandable, but I do at least wish there was one extra map to drive around. The final objective at least spices up the visuals, but nothing else. I do imagine money from this game will possibly be used to help I AM YOUR BEAST and El Paso Elsewhere 2, but regardless, I do recommend it if you want to support Strange Scaffold, or just want a simple arcade game to play. If not, then I'd recommend waiting for it to go on sale before buying.

Idk why but even at the lowest graphics settings, I only get 9 FPS, but its fun enough that I'm legitimately just taking it. this game is a genuine blast to play.

Unfortunately I found this game disappointing. I think the gameplay is fine, but quickly gets repetitive because of the limited (and honestly quite small) scope of the game. I think the game would really benefit from at least a couple more maps at minimum. I think ideally there should be a very basic and small RPG system, ideally that ties into rewards from truck gameplay. After all that is how its title frames the game. I did really want to like this game because the title makes it sound so silly and fun, but it feels tediously basic.

Short but very addicting. Story is funny.
