BOMBE
Fun city builder, personally I like the missions better than sandbox mode and I wish there were more. Still, it looks decent, plays well, and isn't prohibitive to learn. Some city builders feel like a large commitment to drop in and out of, but Tropico manages to avoid that. Also there is plenty of content in the base game without buying DLC which is always good.
