Note : 9/10 — Recommandé Je viens de passer des dizaines d'heures dessus et quel plaisir ! J'ai absolument adoré cet épisode. Si vous aimez les gestionnaires de ville (city-builders) avec une bonne dose d'humour et de politique décalée, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Ce que j'ai préféré : La gestion de l'archipel : Devoir gérer plusieurs îles en même temps avec les ponts, les ferrys et les transports apporte un vrai plus tactique par rapport aux anciens opus. L'humour toujours au top : Penultimo, les discours électoraux absurdes, les réclamations des factions... L'ambiance est tout simplement géniale. Les raids et merveilles : Voler la Tour Eiffel ou la Statue de la Liberté avec ses pirates, c'est aussi absurde que satisfaisant ! Une durée de vie énorme : Entre les missions du mode scénario et le mode bac à sable (sandbox), on ne voit pas le temps passer. Le petit bémol : La gestion de la circulation et de la logistique peut devenir un peu capricieuse quand la population explose, mais rien qui ne gâche l'expérience. En résumé : Une excellente suite, dynamique, colorée et terriblement addictive. Que vous soyez un dictateur bienveillant ou un tyran sans pitié, le titre d'El Presidente vous va à ravir. Foncez !

Im Prinzip gleich wie die Vorgänger.Neu ist das man als Pirat Wahrzeichen klauen kann.Grafik sehr schön.Einiges an den Zustimmungswerten der Bewohner ist nicht ganz durchschaubar.Man hat zum Beispiel ein Krankenkhaus, den man mit maximalen Budget und Mitarbeitern austattet und die Zustimmungswerte im Gesundheitswesen sind nur bei 60 statt 100%.Auch waren die Zustimmungswerte vor den Wahlen bei 60% dann kam ein Erdbeben und 6 Gebäude wurden zerstört, prompt vielen die Zustimmungswerte auf 7% und die Wahlen wurden verloren und das Spiel war aus.Auch wäre es schön das man bei Handelsangeboten gleich sieht wiviel man von der Ware im Lager hat um nicht umständlich auf die Ressourcenanzeige klicken zu müssen.Im Grossen und ganzen eine schöne Wirtschafts.-und Politiksimulation,
