About
Amadeus the Wizard conjures boxes and planks out of thin air. Pontius the Knight charges through what stands in the way. Zoya the Thief slips past it with rope and arrow.
1–3 players, in online or local co-op, and the whole campaign works either way. Play alone and switch heroes freely, or bring two friends and watch each of them reach for a different answer.
Twenty levels of physics-based puzzles, hazards, enemies and contraptions. Turn goblins to ice with frost arrows, levitate a monster to a great height and then trap it in a box, fly across a chasm on the Kitesail Shield, or slow the world down with the time-bending gravity bubble.
Travel through a castle by the treacherous sea, a burning desert, snowy ice mountains, and all the way to the insides of a giant worm.
1–3 player co-op, online and local
Play as wizard, knight and thief, switching freely at any time
Twenty levels of puzzles, platforming and combat, with more than one way through most of them

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Probably the best game in the series. Nice puzzles, cool to play coop. Native Linux port is decent.
I played the first Trine game a long time ago and find this one better. However, it doesn't quite convince me. Here each character shares a talent tree, and you earn points by progressing through the game. The flexibility to respec your talents at any time, without cost, is useful, but the downside is that respecing interrupts the flow of the game you have to pause, rethink your setup, and manually adjust your build which can feel like a minor hassle when done repeatedly. I would've liked seperate bulding trees. Since i played it completly singleplayer, i don't even know how this work in co-op. Anyway, puzle design is the core of thes game and it offers some fun and satisfying riddles involving water physics, floating objects, or clever use of summoned boxes, but it doesn’t always feel polished. In several situations, the intended solution wasn’t clear fpr me, leading to improvisation or outright cheesing of the puzzles with the magician’s ability to stack boxes and float to your destination. The physics based interactions can also feel a little janky, making precise manipulation of objects more tedious than engaging. Enemy encounters are relatively sparse and lack variety. The most common foes are goblins, with the occasional appearance of spiders that can crawl on walls. These combat sequences exist, but they feel secondary to the puzzles and don’t evolve much throughout the game. Enemy design, much like the combat mechanics themselves, feels more like an afterthought. Scattered throughout the world are treasure chests, but these ocontain only collecctibles like pieces of artwork or short poems. While they add a bit of atmosphere or lore, they don’t provide any gameplay advantages, which makes hunting them down feel largely unrewarding. Visually, the game looks nice. Its hand painted environments and fantasy settings contribute to a charming aesthetic that is easy to enjoy. However, this aesthetic coherence doesn’t quite carry over into the gameplay direction. The game feels like it wants to be too many things at once, a platformer, a puzzle game, a combat-focused action title, and a cooperative multiplayer experience. Unfortunately, most of these elements feel underdeveloped or inconsistent when judged on their own. For example: The game palys fine in singleplayer but in some situation i had the feeling that puzzles were designed with multiple players in mind. Another issue is the game's length. Tthe game begins to drag after a while. It becomes clear that many of its ideas are repeated or stretched too thin, and the pacing suffers as a result. There’s a sense that the game is padding itself out without introducing enough new elements to justify the time investment. Even in the environmets, there is less variations, which makes the otherwise beautiful surroundings seem boring over time. The Complete Story edition includes a DLC chapter, which does improve on some of the shortcomings of the base game. There’s more environmental and enemy variety, and a generally more focused feel to the level design. It doesn’t completely fix the pacing issues, but it offers a better experience compared to earlier chapters. In the end, Trine 2 offers a nice mixture of mechanics and a visually appealing world, but its uneven puzzle design, limited combat depth, and pacing issues hold it back. It’s a game with a lot of potential and I would probably liked it more if some aspects were more fully developed. But as it is today, it's not a recommendation.
Epic Online Service
Negative review because their last patch added DRM. Add it to the full screen AD you have to view before you can exit the game & the whole experience has become negative. I'm glad I stopped buying frozenbyte products & they're now bundle trash.
I don't seem to understand how to run the game. I hate epic games online stuff being shoved in my games.
Игра детства, одна из самых любимых. Графика красивая, прикольная механика игры и великолепный голос диктора.
一开始还是在游戏风云里看到的这款游戏奈何小时候没有电脑,现来补票,只是时过境迁怎么也补不完满。
