Touhou Yukkuri Mountain

After putting in almost 250 hours in Hololive Treasure Mountain I can comfortably say I enjoy these games. This is a little more than just a reskin of the Fruit Mountain and Hololive Treasure Mountain games though. It feels like a rebalance and it will take some time to get used to for sure. Though that's a good thing. It's a chill little puzzle game. You toss bouncy heads into a bowl. Merging same heads into the next level up. Sounds simple but space is at a premium and these little bastards like to bounce. It's not incredibly deep gameplay by any measure, but it's addicting and relaxing. A perfect pick up and play game for anyone curious enough about it to be reading reviews. I can assure you that you will atleast get your monies worth. As for downsides though, I unlocked everything in the shop in under 2 hours. All the achievements are set character as biggest head and then make it, so once you get one then it's just a matter of time until you 100% the game. It definitely could use more characters as an update, much like Hololive Treasure Mountain did for a while after release. The commentators speak in text to speak Japanese, but there are no subtitles. So it's not as enjoyable as the yapping in Hololive's version. Being text to speech I the text lines are already there, I would even settle for a lazy Google Translate version of the text. But most importantly, it's got Suwako in it. So that alone makes it worth the sticker price.
