6.5/10 rlly complex but short and it takes a while to actually understand the story but good messages and really unique symbolization about truth and how acceptance can sometimes be a bad thing and the exploration of why people hide it excuses to live

very short and simple dark puzzle rpgm, about grief and a rather cursed future. the character designs and story is pleasant a little difficult to digest at first but still manages to grapple the viewer in. quite a violet world.

games cool story/lore cool characters cool as well puzzles arent unbelievably hard so anyone could do them bad aspect: a lot of crammed stuff and worldbuilding was packed into this game as some other review said that there aint enough time for the concepts, which i totally agree with it forces you to think about the game which an average person doesnt have much time for there being like 4 characters in the game is imo a waste of worldbuilding due to the world being so thought out gamespoiler [spoiler] oneselfs individuality being lost due to transparency being more important reminds me of the world today and that concept being criticized 6 years ago really makes me think [/spoiler]

i really really liked this, despite how short it is!! very lovely art, music, and story - i'd say if you're planning on just seeing one ending, it's probably not worth it, but if you watch/play the other ending, it REALLY fleshes out the story (especially as the ending that is far more interesting (imo) is the one that you're least likely to get on your first playthrough). do expect a short experience though!! i kinda feel like the game - if you experience both endings - is definitely a good length for what it offers, though. doesn't overstay its welcome, and only understays if you don't go for both ends! also a LOT less abstract than etherane's other games (looking at you, hello charlotte.. i LOVE abstract games don't get me wrong, but this one's a nice break from it for the most part!) :3
