Text Adventure

Best two dollars I've ever spent. Man, where to begin. So I found this game after I discovered what text adventures were half a year ago and wanted to make my own, To get inspiration and explore the genre, I searched "Text Adventures" on Steam and this is what came up. I was interested in it, the art most of all, but since there was not a lot of info on the store page I wasn't sure what I'd be getting into, so I just shoved it in my wishlist. Five days ago I had a BIG sinus surgery done and I have been recovering the whole week since, and thought I could buy myself a game or two to check out and spend my time. I saw this one, and again, the art was fascinating, so I bought it. I was absolutely delighted by the beautiful story throughout, and art was simply gorgeous. I had a lot of fun playing it, it's a writing style not unlike my own, and the art style also reminds me of my own, so it was comforting in a way that I haven't experienced in a game before. The ending was very sweet and lovely. The surrealism of it all was so intense and moving and the entire latter half of the game, I was so excited to see the final piece, and I was right to, it was beautiful. I was so nervous because I had no idea if it would save my progress so I kept the game open on my computer for like three days straight. Really really good game, it's so affordable, why in the world would you not get it and try it out? It's such a fun journey, with lively, thrilling surrealist art, and definitely worth the time to sit down and go through it all! Thank you!
