Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Aug 2 → 0.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I love how much of a love letter to souls-like games this is, it hits all the right notes for me who loves other similar themed games. It's really refreshing to see this done in a western style and I enjoy how the game leans into that. The gunslinging is fun and the fact that crafted items refresh at campfires is A+. The story and narrative is good with a lot of mystery to uncover in the world. The bosses are enjoyable but sometimes the hitboxes can feel weird. Exploration is very fun and rewarding with lots of weapons, spells, and trinkets to find. Music is absolutely amazing with the exception of one boss. Some minor things to be aware of: - Mark your map when you find things, the game does not do this for you automatically. I like this as it keeps a sense of mystery and exploration instead of just knowing you found something important because the map marked it for you. - You unfortunately cannot respec from your initial class and those stats do not seem to be upgradable (you can respec some of your stats but not the ones you select at class selection). I personally didn't mind this as I plan on playing multiple runs to try out different builds, but some might not like this limitation. TLDR: Very good game 9/10, atmopshere and gameplay are solid with an interesting world to explore.

Never written one of these before, but felt I had to for this one. Tombwater deserves SO MUCH more attention than it's gotten. The combat is fun and challenging without being overly punishing. The exploration is rewarding as there are loads of little (and massive) secrets to find, and the soundtrack feeds the atmosphere perfectly. Personally I never encountered any bugs. Bit off topic, but being rewarded for piecing together information by yourself is such an awesome feeling, especially since information about the game isn't as readily available online. I'm not that smart so a lot probably went over my head, but I'm sure there's a lot of lore that could be uncovered through environmental storytelling and just reading item descriptions. The game isn't perfect, of course, but playing it was a really refreshing experience for me. The demo does a great job of showcasing the core gameplay loop, so I highly recommend trying that if you just want to get a feel for it. (I was caught a bit off-guard after swapping from the demo, but in retrospect what they did with it is genius lol)
LOVED it
cowboy beats eldritch beings its awesome
Pretty nice, but difficulty is maybe a bit too annoying...
This game is dope, that's is all.
Tombwater is what you'd get if Link(from Zelda) wandered into a cursed frontier town haunted by cosmic horrors. The mix of exploration, secrets, and unsettling atmosphere makes for a genuinely compelling experience. Highly recommended.
Good game over all, controls could use some refining, maybe a lock-on, or automatically face the direction of the cursor. The map is pretty decent, lots of things hidden away. Has a good western-horror vibe to it, with all the weird twisted monsters and such. I enjoyed it overall. I'd buy a sequel or a DLC.
Fantastic take on the Souls-like genre. Streamlines enough of the mechanics to keep it fun (and more Zelda-like), while still having enough difficulty to be challenging. There were some minor technical glitches trying to aim the melee attacks that got annoying, but overall it's a remarkably solid, confident adventure that stands on its own. I've bounced off plenty of "Dark Souls by 2D" games in the past, but this is the first one I've stuck through to the end. Highly recommended.
An awesome western-themed adventure with a side of eldritch horror. It feels like everything in it was well thought out. I highly recommend it to anyone!
