Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 29 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game has managed to achieve the unthinkable .. getting me to tidy my bag (lol)! Something I would never enjoy doing in real life. A thoroughly fun couple of hours, I must say! :D

A cute little puzzle game! Not long and not much story but it is cute and good for the price!
I was able to play this within a day and get all of the achievements. Some levels were tricky but some were easier. I absolutely loved the game. Got it on discount around $1-$2. Definitely worth your time if you want something that's not too easy but not too challenging either for a relaxing weekend. The graphics are pretty cute as well and I loved the small bio's between the different items. Allows for a visionary story.
Good puzzle
Tidy Backpack is a puzzle game with 96 levels, and in each level, you have to place all the items in a backpack with no overlap. Some levels are easy to figure out, but others took a while, and I had to keep rearranging the items. There is a hint button that shows you where to place the first item, but I wish you could use the hint button more, as you can get stuck on a level. You can move on to the next level if you do get stuck, but eventually, you will have to go back to the level if you want to fully complete the chapter. Tidy Backpack is a fun game, but some of the levels are quite challenging.
Tidy Backpack is a deceptively simple puzzle game that transforms the often-overlooked act of inventory management into the core of a calming and surprisingly engaging experience. Developed and published by BurGum Games, the game embraces a single, focused idea and builds an entire experience around it: carefully arranging items inside a limited backpack space. Rather than leaning on narrative hooks or mechanical complexity, it succeeds by refining this concept into something tactile, cozy, and quietly satisfying, appealing to players who enjoy order, logic, and low-pressure problem solving. The gameplay centers on grid-based packing puzzles where players are given a backpack and a set of items of varying shapes and sizes that must all fit without overlap. Each item feels intentionally designed, often irregularly shaped in ways that force players to rotate, reposition, and rethink their approach. Early puzzles ease players in with generous space and simple layouts, but as progression continues, backpacks become more constrained and items more awkward, demanding careful spatial reasoning. The challenge lies not in speed or reflexes, but in visualizing how shapes can interlock, making every successful solution feel earned and cleanly resolved. One of Tidy Backpack’s greatest strengths is its relaxed pacing. There are no timers, penalties, or failure states that punish experimentation. Players are free to move items around endlessly, reset a puzzle at any time, or request hints if they feel stuck. This design choice removes frustration from the equation and encourages a mindset of calm exploration rather than trial under pressure. The game understands that its appeal lies in the pleasure of organizing, not in testing endurance or reaction time, which makes it approachable for a wide range of players regardless of experience level. Progression is structured through a large collection of handcrafted levels, each introducing new combinations of items and spatial constraints. As players advance, they encounter a growing variety of fantasy-themed objects—armor pieces, weapons, tools, and quirky artifacts—that add personality to each puzzle. These items are not merely functional shapes; they are often accompanied by lighthearted descriptions that give the game a gentle sense of humor and charm. This small touch helps prevent the puzzles from feeling sterile, giving each level a bit of character even without a traditional story. Visually, Tidy Backpack adopts a cozy, hand-drawn aesthetic that complements its gameplay philosophy. The art style is clean and colorful, with soft lines and a playful fantasy tone that makes every item feel pleasant to interact with. The backpack itself becomes a kind of stage, where players are arranging objects almost like pieces in a diorama. Paired with a mellow, unobtrusive soundtrack, the presentation reinforces the game’s meditative quality, making it easy to lose track of time while working through puzzle after puzzle. While the game offers a substantial number of levels and enough variation to stay engaging, it is unapologetically narrow in scope. There are no branching mechanics, alternative modes, or narrative arcs waiting to be uncovered. Everything revolves around the act of fitting items neatly into a bag. For some players, this singular focus may feel limiting, especially if they are looking for evolving systems or dramatic progression. However, this restraint is also what gives Tidy Backpack its clarity and polish; it never dilutes its core idea with unnecessary features. Overall, Tidy Backpack is an excellent example of how a small, well-defined concept can be elevated through thoughtful design and careful execution. It delivers a consistently pleasant experience that values calm concentration, visual satisfaction, and accessibility over spectacle or complexity. For players who enjoy spatial puzzles, cozy games, or the simple joy of putting things neatly where they belong, Tidy Backpack offers a relaxing and rewarding journey that feels both comforting and quietly clever. Rating: 8/10
Basically inventory tetris but with the most cozy, fun fantasy vibe! I love the background music and the art style, it was lovely and relaxing. I really liked that there wasnt too many levels too, as some of these kind of games go on for a long time and get really complicated to the point my ADHD brain loses interest and I just stop playing them. I finished this in 2 short sittings whilst listening to podcasts - I recommend.
