Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Aug 11 → 2.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

As a deadly disease called Plastemia threatens to kill all living things, you must steel yourself to face the numerous challenges of a world on the brink of collapse.

I liked their previous game, Road 96. It was a good narrative adventure game, but for me, it lacked impactful choices and actual gameplay, not just minigames. In Tides of Tomorrow, I see growth in every aspect and no degradation: awesome music, good and interesting moral dilemmas and problems, and improved graphics. The locations are better, and there is more freedom. So, if you liked Road 96, you will love this story about the Plastemia cure. I also loved the link system that allows you to see actions of previous players. And these one-sided interactions add so much variety and depth to the game that Road 96 doesn't have. If you follow one person, you start to develop some sort of relationship with this Tidewalker. You begin to expect certain actions from them and really feel a bond. This also adds more replayability, as you can encounter the same locations in different contexts depending on another person’s choices. This mechanic alone, for me, makes the game worth playing. The story is good. It allows you to finish the game in many different ways, but it still restricts you based on which traits you choose to develop the most: connection with nature, troublemaking, belief in mankind, etc. For example, if you are not a troublemaker throughout the game, you will not be able to do certain things in the middle, at the end, or during other parts of the game. Even something as simple as robbing merchants may not be available to you. I also liked how this game has actual gameplay. It is simple, but IT IS REAL. Some stealth segments are fun. They are not perfect, but they are better than nothing, and even the simple boat gameplay makes this game much more enjoyable than the usual games of this type. Before this game, my favourite choice-based game was Tales from the Borderlands by Telltale Games, but this is how I wanted this type of game to be: with actual gameplay, many options for playing and role-playing your character, and real weight and consequences for your actions. If I talk about the negatives, I can say that, for me, the locations sometimes felt too empty, with almost no different options for passing through them in terms of movement and other non-dialogue mechanics. There is also a lack of New Game Plus, the ability to save wherever you want, and the option to create a new run from the same account. And also game will crash if you have outdated drivers; it hapend with I the game was crashing every 40 minutes until I updated the drivers.

Not quite the game I was expecting from the devs of Road 96, but I was pretty surprised all things considered how good this game turned out! Multiple paths to replay, community aspect, this game has it all. But it also felt like it was too "underbaked" Multiple times in game I got lost, a handful of times I got flat out stuck on the few times I got stuck/bugged into a place I wasn't supposed to be. The game felt like it has good bones but not enough "flesh" so to say. There really ain't much else to do in the game other than sail, get ozen, story, MAYBE do a race/boat battle but those were pretty lackluster IMO. I don't hate the game, I just wish there was more game for me to enjoy.
I really enjoyed Tides of Tomorrow. I especially liked the unique world and I think they did a great job with the atmosphere. I also enjoyed the story and the characters. One of my favorite things was how other players' choices could affect my own story. I thought that was a really cool idea and made the experience feel more interesting. Overall, I had a really positive experience with the game and I'm glad I gave it a chance.
Telltale games only promised us this, those guys actually did this.
Raccomend the game. The task of making a game after the success of Road 96 wasn't easy. This game has some cool mechanics, love how it turned out
I really enjoy the asynchronous multiplayer, the graphics, the story, the music, almost everything about the game is great. My main problem is getting the alternate paths for levels. I'm currently on my third playthrough of the game and I have only gotten 2 alternates for the various levels. Only 2. Everything else has played out EXACTLY the same (outside of my alternate decisions). It's rather frustrating. There should be some type of mechanic either allowing you to reset your level and try following a different player OR some type of single player mode where you can select a different path (that would 100% defeat the purpose of the game though). Once you're in a level you're locked in and if you want to try to get a different perspective/seed you'll have to restart your entire playthrough. Would still recommend, as it's a great experience and I love this developer. EDIT: Took me 4 playthroughs (3 and 3/4) to get all the achievements. Definitely could/should have only taken 2 playthroughs, but the game's seeds are a bit too random.
Great game as usual from this studio. You really feel the love and passion they have put in this. Thank you for the great game.
