Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 1 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Short but sweet... once you get the mechanics down.

Thomas Scott is a small-scale 2D puzzle platformer that builds its identity around manipulating the orientation of its stages. Rather than limiting the player to conventional running and jumping, the game allows levels to be rotated, changing how routes, obstacles, and environmental puzzles can be approached. Developed by FreeAnimals_Software and Dnovel and published by Conglomerate 5, it is a mechanically straightforward indie title that focuses more on experimentation and puzzle solving than on narrative complexity. The adventure unfolds in a colorful place known as SweetLand. Players guide the protagonist through individual stages while collecting stars and finding ways to reach new areas. The premise is deliberately uncomplicated, allowing the level design to take center stage. Progress often involves examining the surroundings, determining which objects can be manipulated, and figuring out how the rotation mechanic can create a route that initially appears impossible to traverse. Rotating the environment is easily the game's most distinctive feature. A platform that seems useless from one orientation can become essential after the stage has been turned, while obstacles may need to be considered from several perspectives before their solution becomes apparent. This gives the platforming an additional puzzle component. Instead of relying entirely on reflexes or precise jumps, players are encouraged to think spatially and consider how altering the environment affects their available paths. The stages introduce additional interactive elements such as switches, levers, keys, doors, physics-based objects, and hidden areas. These mechanics complement the rotation system and keep progression from becoming a repetitive sequence of jumps. Some situations require locating an object before a route can be opened, while others encourage experimentation with the environment. Collecting stars also provides a clear objective and gives players a reason to thoroughly inspect each stage rather than immediately searching for the exit. Movement and parkour elements add an action-oriented side to the experience. Although Thomas Scott is fundamentally approachable, successfully navigating certain sections can still demand careful positioning and timing. The most satisfying moments occur when platforming and puzzle solving work together, particularly when a seemingly awkward obstacle becomes manageable after understanding how the stage itself should be manipulated. The controls and mechanics are relatively easy to grasp, making the challenge more about applying the available tools effectively. Visually, the game uses a bright, simple, and colorful 2D presentation. SweetLand has a playful atmosphere that fits the casual nature of the adventure, while the uncluttered graphics help keep platforms and important environmental objects readable. It is not attempting to deliver elaborate visual effects or highly detailed scenery. Instead, its presentation supports the gameplay and gives the experience a cheerful personality. This simplicity also contributes to very modest hardware requirements. The game is designed as a single-player experience and includes 17 Steam achievements, providing additional objectives for players interested in completion. Its relatively compact design makes it particularly suitable for short sessions. Players can tackle a few stages, experiment with their puzzles, and return later without needing to remember complicated systems or extensive story details. That accessibility is one of its stronger qualities, although players seeking a lengthy campaign or deep narrative may find the overall scope rather limited. On Steam Deck, Thomas Scott does not have an official Valve compatibility rating confirming it as Verified or Playable. Its Steam Deck status should therefore be considered Unknown or Unverified rather than guaranteed compatible. Given its lightweight 2D design and modest PC requirements, it may potentially run through Proton, but players should not interpret that as official confirmation. Controller behavior, interface readability, and any Proton-specific issues can vary without an official compatibility assessment. Thomas Scott works best for players who appreciate inexpensive indie games centered on a single unusual mechanic. Its level rotation concept gives familiar 2D platforming a more thoughtful dimension, while keys, switches, physics interactions, collectibles, and environmental puzzles provide enough supporting variety to keep the central idea interesting. Its weaknesses are primarily related to scale: the presentation is basic, the narrative is minimal, and the mechanical depth cannot compete with larger puzzle-platforming productions. Ultimately, this is a modest but inventive puzzle platformer whose strongest quality is its willingness to make the level itself part of the player's toolkit. It does not need an elaborate story or complicated progression system to communicate its central idea. Players who enjoy spatial puzzles, experimentation, collectibles, and straightforward platforming may find SweetLand an entertaining place to explore, provided expectations are kept in line with the game's deliberately small indie scope. ating: 6/10
