Thea: The Awakening

Very innovative and thematic. The card-based combat takes getting used to, but once you figure it out and the differences different weapons and skills make, it is addictive. Great replayability and offers challenge with difficulty levels. Unlike the more polished Thea 2, can be pretty unforgiving - sometimes there just is a doomstack of monsters who kill your village, gg. Great story, truly feels like a survival game with both strategy and rpg elements. Crafting of foods seems to bit too difficult, though - there is slight feeling of everything not being polished and thought out. Still, just the writing alone would warrant a thumbs up - and in addition, has some really cool mechanics.
