Great game. Makes a lot of fun. Too easy for my pleasure. It is similar to sims but you rent your flat after designing it. You renovate also other people's flats or rooms and get paid (too much in my opinion). Suggestions: Expand the cleaning and fixing things with mini games that you can not master in the beginning because of lack of experience and include more variations like cracked tile, or van blocking the entrance or antenna needs fixing or old window frames or cracked window or too old installations. Maybe also include global events such as rise of costs of electricity or internet provider or renovation of outside walls.
