Do not let the 178 hours fool you, this game kinda sucks. I still have not unlocked everything, which is weird cause I could've done like three Baldur's Gate runs in the time I've spent redesigning the same like five apartments over and over again. If you have access to The Sims and are coming to this game for the design aspect, I'd just stick with Sims honestly. I don't mind playing through roughly designed games, so it works for me to scratch that design itch, but I wish I went back in time and just didn't get this game. Pros: - You can get money pretty easily, so cash isn't really an obstacle to playing - The little phone you get is a cool idea - Easy to get the hang of Cons: - Progressing to new areas requires completing irritating quests, imo. I would've rather you unlock it through cashflow requirements, number of tenants, number of properties - Unlocking new furniture similarly is a hassle. You get stuck with generally the same products for the longest - A lot of this game is guesswork (unless I'm just missing something). For example, you don't really have a good idea of what in the design process increases value for renters. - Glitchy. For a lot of reasons, but the most annoying one is that, sometimes, you'll get an event where a robber comes in and steals some furniture that you'll have to subsequently replace. If they steal a table, the stuff on the table just sorta floats there, and will sometimes block you from placing anything under it. You'll then be blocked from completing this little mission because you aren't allowed to touch/move those floating items until you replace the table, but you can't replace the table without moving the stuff. You'll get tenants asking for specific renovations, but then they'll get mad and drop your landlord score once you've done the renovation. - The automatic cleaners (think: roombas) need a BONKERS amount of them placed to become functional. It's based on the size of the home, but it's usually like 2-4 a room. For context, I had a 7 room, 100 block floorspace home and it required 21 roombas. Similarly, the surveillance system needs a percentage of the home covered before it goes live. Sometimes, that requires you putting cameras in the bathroom, saunas, bedrooms, ya know, weird places for landlord-provided security cameras. It's just....like...the immersion of it, you know? Nobody's bathroom needs a security camera and three roombas. They just don't.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The time I have invested in it wasn't worth it. Impossible achievements, hours of waiting for a certain house to be on sale, random freezes and crashes on the smallest interaction and constant spam of notifications.
This game is absolutely AMAZING! Hoping to save some ladies and gentlemen here, and to provide a glimpse of what you should expect. 1. Found the game, looks cozy, cute graphics, my eyes don't hurt. Buy game (discounted, I'm not crazy). 2. Got tenants. Tenants not very happy. Tenants left. This felt ok at first, but then I got more and I used the filtering options to find the ones that would be ok-ish. It took ~2 hours until it started feeling like corporation micromanagement. To be mentioned that I am a very resilient person, these things don't break me. 3. Played the game 8 hours the day I got it, 3 of them felt like game testing. So this tenant of mine wanted a new kitchen. Cool opportunity for remodeling (or so I thought). Added all required furniture, the fridge doesn't show up in the list as added. Added 2 fridge, solved the issue. Now... I thought that's a one time only thing, but no. All my apartments have 2 fridges now (I'm resilient, remember?). Found this issue reported in 2021 btw. 4. It has pets and they they've added new pet interactions. AMAZING work! The pet interactions are in a different user interface. Sometimes it loads, sometimes it doesn't. This can leave you with the cat, looking awkwardly at each other, as you need to exit to main menu to get out of there. This game was not made for unlucky people. 5. Sometimes, you may want to place furniture, but selecting it from the bottom menu doesn't work. No, you are not crazy, it just needs a small push. Exit to main menu. Steam says I've "played" this for 16 hours XD. I'm hoping they'd care enough to fix the stuff that ruin the experience and $18 for a game that should be in early access imo is more than motivating. Thanks for your time and I hope you are lucky enough to play it!
Loveddddd this game, until I didn't. It started to bug out and sometimes just won't save at all. I hate to see that it's been abandoned by the developers. Don't buy this unless they pick it back up and start updating and fixing it. Such a shame too, it has so much potential to be an incredible game.
I was really dubious after reading the reviews but decided it was too good a deal to miss so got the game and pets dlc & ive no idea what everyone is complaining about I haven't crashed once, its not buggy at all ive really enjoyed the last couple of hours happily plodding along, I absolutely LOVE this game its a total bargain if you get it now on sale!!
Abandoned game with too many bugs. Last patch was 2023.
Was really good, I quite enjoyed it for some time until it became just really repetitive and I stopped wanting to do the same thing over and over. I guess the developers stopped supporting it, which is a shame.
I’ve spent time in this game and do enjoy it, but it has too many technical flaws to recommend. My advice is that if you want it- buy it on sale. I got it for about a dollar. Flaws I’ve noticed: -Does not let you save during the tutorial -Not enough options for color swapping on certain items. Customers request certain items together that just won’t look match no matter what. -Dialogue bubbles appear blank until after the dialogue is completed, and quickly goes away into the next piece of dialogue. -Game crashes your entire computer upon saving sometimes (not a PC issue. If I can run Cyberpunk, I should be able to run this game without crashing…) -Game lags for a minute after events, selecting jobs, or exiting an area. -Sometimes the game doesn’t register when you place certain items. You have to delete it and replace it over and over again until it registers. -Sometimes the same item is used in two separate requests. EX: a customer asks for exercise equipment and a spin bike. Despite game putting the bike in the exercise equipment section, it will not count for both requests. It will only count under the category you click on, meaning you need to place more than the request intended. -If you level up and get items during a design, the furniture will no longer appear at all in the furniture tab until you leave the area and return. -Too many instances of customers saying they hate a style of furniture while also requesting a piece of furniture that only comes in the style they hate.
I had a ton of fun in this game, its has a feel of the sims meets house flipper but on a smaller scale. Lots of variety when it comes to game play like favouring landlord route, just focusing on jobs and money, etc. The bugs however are glaring and come up a lot. There's a mini game that devs were aware of in 2022 but hasn't been fixed and the only solution I found is just hard close your game and hope you don't loose too much from your save. I have had issues where I was faster than the tutorial and then had to find a work around to finish it. Many times i just wont be able to pick up an item even if I have an empty backpack. Too many bugs for the game to be consistently enjoyable so it will join my game graveyard of my library. Would not recommend.
