The Talos Principle 2 is a thought-provoking first-person puzzle experience that greatly expands on the first game's philosophical themes and stunning environments with increasingly mind-bending challenges.

Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I like it even more than the first. The pace is so pleasant going from story to adventuring to puzzles. You listen to dialogs and philosophy then to the music and appreciate the scenery while going around inbetween fun puzzles. I've been enjoying the experience quite a lot.
Se você gosta de ficar fritando a cabeça com puzzles desnecessariamente complicados, esse é seu jogo. Mas se você tem vida e mais o que fazer, nem comece.
I bought this game thinking it would be just a cool puzzle game like the first Talos Principle. It was so much more. It combines 130+ puzzles with a deep and philosofical storyline in such a way that I was astonished for multiple times. The visuals, sound design and voice acting all bring this world truly alive.
I liked The Talos Principle, and now that I'm playing the second game in the series, I can say they improved on almost every aspect. The addition of interactive characters and an overarching story allows the sequel to go beyond the first installment by giving you agency over the ultimate outcome through your decisions. The game is a proper brain teaser composed of philosophical musings and puzzles. While the puzzles are excellent, I find the musings to be the main selling point. It is rare these days to get to ponder the "big questions." One wouldn't necessarily think a game would be an appropriate medium for philosophy, but the developers managed to make it work. Rather than a long, impenetrable treatise, the game tickles your brain with small doses of puzzling and short bursts of pondering delivered through found text, audio recordings, and dreamlike sequences. It works well on Linux.
Phenomanal sequel! I put playing it off for quite some time since i was scared how they would do a sequel to my favorite puzzle game. And holy smokes they pulled it off. They managed to create a narrative that is captivating while not being too distracting from all the puzzles. They included new mechanics while keeping the old and improved on a bunch of gripes I and many other players had with the first game. It is definetly not perfect. I still have some problems with it especially regarding some puzzles. How do they manage to make 95% of the puzzles really good but then mess up SO BADLY on the last 5%? Especially some of the hidden puzzles are soo stupid. If not for that it would have been a 10/10 for me. Well, it still is because the DLC is so AMAZING! I already thought the DLC for the first game (especially the remake) was well done but this here is something else. A 10/10 would recommend from me. Still i would suggest playing the first game before this one. A lot of story points will be confusing otherwise.
Awesome sequel, can't wait for part 3.
