Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 1 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Зашел и сразу вышел. Рекомендую!:)
This is a fun little rotating puzzle game.
Рекомендую. Не стандартный платформер с физикой и вращением. Атмосферный и в меру сложный.
The Square Key is a small but imaginative puzzle-platformer that builds its entire identity around manipulating the orientation of the world. Instead of relying purely on jumping between platforms, the game allows the player to rotate the surrounding level, changing how obstacles, pathways, and accessible areas are approached. Developed by Dnovel and FreeAnimals_Software and published by Conglomerate 5, it has the feel of an experimental indie project that takes one unusual concept and makes it the foundation of the experience. The player controls a peculiar square-shaped key belonging to an ancient race with the ability to open doors and rotate the world around itself. The adventure takes place in Koitia, with the setting connected to an alternate universe involving BlackEye and AVA. The story is intentionally light and mostly provides a playful explanation for the protagonist and its abilities. Players looking for extensive dialogue or elaborate storytelling will not find that here, as the emphasis remains firmly on navigation and puzzle solving. Rotation is easily the most distinctive mechanic. Platforms that appear impossible to reach from one orientation can become accessible once the environment is turned. This encourages players to think about the entire level as something flexible rather than treating the scenery as a fixed obstacle course. Successful progression often involves examining the surroundings, determining how rotation will change the route, and then combining that solution with normal platforming movement. It gives otherwise simple stages an entertaining spatial-puzzle quality. Basic movement is deliberately straightforward, which works in the game's favor. Jumping handles conventional platforming, while the additional movement options help the player travel through stages more efficiently. Doors serve as natural progression points and fit the protagonist's unusual identity as a living key. Coins are distributed throughout the environments as collectibles, encouraging additional exploration and giving completion-oriented players something to pursue beyond reaching the end of each area. The difficulty comes more from recognizing the correct approach than mastering an elaborate control system. When the level design takes full advantage of rotation, there is satisfaction in realizing that an apparently blocked path only requires viewing the environment differently. This creates a pleasant combination of experimentation and spatial reasoning. The simplicity also makes the game approachable, although experienced puzzle-platformer players may occasionally wish that its central concept were developed into more complicated combinations. Presentation is functional and intentionally modest. Its 2D visual style prioritizes readable platforms, objects, doors, and environmental layouts rather than detailed animation or elaborate scenery. This suits the gameplay because the player needs to understand how objects are positioned before deciding when and how to rotate a stage. The unusual protagonist and somewhat eccentric setting also provide the game with a quirky personality despite the limited visual production values. Content is relatively compact, and that is important when setting expectations. This is not designed as an enormous platforming adventure filled with progression systems, combat mechanics, cinematic sequences, or a sprawling narrative. Its appeal comes from exploring a focused gameplay idea without unnecessary complexity. Achievement hunters also have 20 Steam achievements to pursue, providing some additional incentive to interact with the game's challenges and collectibles. Steam Deck compatibility is currently best regarded as unverified rather than officially confirmed as Verified or Playable. The game's modest technical demands and relatively simple controls suggest that running it through Steam Deck's compatibility layer may be feasible, but the absence of an official compatibility rating means players should not assume completely trouble-free handheld operation. Controller behavior, interface interaction, or other compatibility details may require adjustment. The Square Key ultimately works best for players who enjoy short, experimental indie games built around a single distinctive mechanic. Rotating the environment gives its otherwise traditional platforming structure an interesting twist, while coins, doors, exploration, and spatial puzzles provide enough supporting elements to keep that concept engaging. Its limited scale and simple presentation prevent it from becoming a particularly deep puzzle adventure, but those same qualities make it easy to understand and approachable. As a focused exercise in turning the world itself into part of the puzzle, it delivers a charming and unconventional experience. Rating: 7/10
The world is absolutely stunning and all its elements are thought out and interesting. The music also matches one of the best soundtracks I've ever heard.
The Square Key serves as a symbol of the ancient lineage of square keys, possessing the unique ability to unlock any door and manipulate the environment surrounding it. In this game, players must rotate the level and guide the hero through various challenges to solve intricate puzzles. The Square Key is an exceptional game that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who enjoys puzzles and dark atmospheres. The physics and gravity mechanics are impressively executed, making the game quite challenging in terms of reaction time. It is definitely worth the investment, even for a single playthrough. I highly endorse it.
Советую поиграть, тут есть о чем подумать и размять мозги. Интересные головоломки, очень мрачный окружающий мир.
