Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The Skin Stapler is retro B horror movie fun in the form of a game. You play multiple characters in the midst of a serial killers crime wave in Carrion city, as you complete tasks and puzzles, you will uncover the mystery of the Skin Stapler and you will both cringe and laugh your way to the conclusion. There’s no shortage of gore, B horror tropes, and loads of outrageously hilarious innuendo. The Skin Stapler is short and can be completed in a few hours, the gameplay and puzzles are not frustrating, there’s no run and hide sequences where you have to restart when you’re caught, just a simple straight forward horror adventure, perfect for some Saturday night thrills and chills, just like a B Horror movie from the video store. I honestly had so much fun with this one, I even found myself replaying memorable sequences via the easy chapter select option multiple times. I look forward to seeing what else the developer gets up to in future endeavors.
absolutely love the atmosphere and sound also the twist on the end was super unexpected for me and im deffinetely looking forward for more games like that

I absolutely love this game from start to finish. You can feel the love put into it. All the puns and terrible one lines make this game absolutely fun beyond belief. I am a huge fan of B level horror movies, and cheesy 80's action movies, and this game is the perfect combination of those two things. I just cannot say enough how much I enjoyed playing through this game, and cannot wait to play it again. I absolutely recommend this game to anyone that loves low budget horror movies, and any action movie that is a gathering of one-liners.
Overall it was a fun game. The client parts were somewhat weak, I'm not big fan of humor that mostly relies on shock value. Luckily there were plenty of other stuff to make up for it, I especially liked the deadpan delivery of silly tropes and ridiculous conversations. Visually I loved the game, it had a really strong direction and the dev clearly had fun with it. I'm gonna riot if he is not working on the next VTMB game. I still have some lingering doubts about the Moon. (I swear it is closing in, I'm not crazy!) I don't trust the Moon.
Tainted Pact games has all been my favorite studio I love PuppetCombo but TPG has always had their own spin to their games. I loved the models in this also the story was great and I love the connection to the other games in this it was a fun ride and cant wait for more! I hope the sequel to Massacre at the Mirage will be next!
Perfect 80s campy slasher tribute
Pretty good game had fun with it, also like the jokes. 10/10
I was a little frustrated at certain points in the game when there was little-to-no guidance, which almost resulted in a rage-quit-and-refund situation. Nevertheless, the game itself is one of the more impressive PSX-style indie horror games—and I should know, as I love this particular niche. Overall, the game succeeds in what it sets out to do: create an interactive homage to the ’80s/’90s thriller/grim-noir genre (*8mm, Manhunter, Se7en, Silence of the Lambs*, etc.), while adding a ’70s grindhouse-kitsch edge that sets it apart from its counterparts.
I absolutely LOVED playing this! It was a very good mix of horror and adult humor, some of the jokes were pretty obvious and some were super subtle. A couple of times I caught myself expecting a joke and side eyeing myself for expecting it. The jumpscares weren't overdone, it was almost like watching a horror themed episode of a cop comedy. 10/10 (except maybe some more fire safety classes, iykyk)
played this game on stream absolutely loved it
