F*CK ICE (autant en faire un court métrage)
A short and thoughtful game that, while set in the English Channel, could well take place on the Rio Grande or the Mediterranean Ocean. I would have liked it to be longer, but it has a sort of Hemmingway-esque feel to it this way.
tense and haunting. i wish i could get a different ending, but also appreciate that i cannot.

A great short story influenced by the first scene of a Tarantino movie. It genuinely caught me by surprise once I understood what was happening.
"The Night Fisherman" is not just a game; it's an immersive narrative experience that left a profound impact on me. From the moment I started playing, I was drawn into a world of tension, mystery, and moral dilemmas. The storytelling in "The Night Fisherman" is masterfully executed, weaving together elements of suspense, drama, and social commentary. As a player, I felt deeply invested in the protagonist's journey as they navigate the perilous waters of a dystopian society. The dialogue choices are thought-provoking, forcing me to confront difficult decisions and their consequences. Visually, the game is stunning, with its atmospheric art style and moody lighting perfectly complementing the dark, atmospheric setting. The sound design is equally impressive, immersing me in the eerie ambiance of the nighttime sea. What sets "The Night Fisherman" apart is its thematic depth. While it may be set in a fictional world, the issues it explores feel all too real. From political oppression to environmental degradation, the game tackles complex themes with nuance and sensitivity. Moreover, the short runtime of the game ensures that every moment is impactful, leaving a lasting impression long after the credits roll. It's a testament to the power of indie storytelling and the importance of supporting innovative, narrative-driven experiences on platforms like Steam. In summary, "The Night Fisherman" is a must-play for anyone seeking a captivating narrative experience that challenges both heart and mind. Kudos to the developers for creating such a compelling and thought-provoking game. Highly recommended!
