Great idea, Incredible execution. If you liked Balatro, you'll like The Loopler. Been following this game since early 2026 and I've liked it so much that I even participated in the playtest for the game before it came out. Amazing gameplay 'loop' and there are an infinite amount of strategies that can be used to reach infinity. So many different playstyles and car/track/difficulty options to choose from. Such fun ideas like "boost" and "fuel" give a couple of core strategies to play around, as well as the gates that you can place on the track for even more fun ideas. The new ability to mod car parts that were only just recently introduced to the game through the playtest has been a super nice addition too, allowing you to receive so many more bonuses for your car. Charms system is incredibly well thought out along with the Infinity Upgrades that you may find once you beat round 12 and try to climb to Infinity. All supported by an awesome dev that has been incredibly receptive to feedback and what the community has to say about QoL features. I've even contributed myself by reporting the bug for 'ending a run in infinity didn't award the car/track/diff achievements". Yeah. would recommend

Hands down the best "number go up" roguelite deckbuilder of 2026!
Balatro but Racecars. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rules.
northernlion was onto something
Been playing mostly on my Steam Deck during downtime when going about my day, quickly fell in love with it. Easy to pick up, and just put down much like an idle game though with enough interactivity to keep you occupied when engaging more directly. A great balance, and a must play game. Simple mechanics, a practically infinite loop of replayability. It's my new Loop Hero fix. Would highly recommend.
Very addictive, I actually set my day up where i could get further in blood of the dawnwalker then this game said nope
I'm hooked, it's understandably satisfying and fun after so many runs it get's easy when you know what to look out for
Fun idea, bad execution. The UI is a bit clunky. Theres no speed options so sometimes you just have to wait it out. The ballance is awful. Some things are legitimatly unviable. The more powerful things you need for a great run are only unlocked after qutie a few hours such as the global score mult gates. Just in general the game is very flash game esk. In future it may become better but at the momment its really not worht the effort. So final points 1) fun but tedious 2) Badly ballanced 3) UI and player commfort option lacking
Balatro but with slot cars and done just as well
Pure racing fun, great pacing, unlocks, and payoff when everything comes together
