Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Sep 3 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Man I love this franchise, i'm obsessed at this point lol and the best part is I still have a long way to go!
Good: Character design Combat system Turbo mode Bad: Story development excessively slow Badly aged visuals (even with mods, it looks like a PS2 game) Few character animations and arts Boring extras and mini games I see there's a pretty large community supporting this game and I'm trying to see something special in it, but I can't. It seems based on Persona 3 and 4 but it's far from the same quality of animations, soundtracks and extra things to be done. Not a bad game, but I wouldn't recommend either. This kind of game takes a long time to be completed and better options awaits around.

This game is quite a big step in Trails series for me. There are a lot of good things gameplay wise, while there's also some questionable directions. But of course in Trails series, story trumps above all. I think the biggest success of previous Trails games is that they succeed on world building. I keep thinking that early Trails games walk so future Trails games can run. This game in particular seems to be taking inspiration from Persona series as well, as I can see some fingerprints of Persona in this game. + Yet another exciting storyline, following Trails to Azure in the series. + Rich characters create rich world. I like that even NPCs always have their own mini-stories so you can feel the world alive, + Great music as always. + More fun quartz orbment implementation that let you go all out on building your characters. - Turbo mode feature is not toggle-able and felt like a step back from Azure. - Auto-unequipping your party gears whenever there's party change in the story is tedious. They should have asked if we want to keep the gear or not. - It seems they have mixed direction when making this game, as the protagonist is muted on a big chunk of scenarios, but fully voiced on the other half. That cliffhanger at the finale is so mean. It really makes you want to go to the next game. Luckily I am playing this on 2025 and I can go ASAP. It must have been torture for OG fans. Definitely would recommend this game if you enjoyed the previous Trails games.
ABSOLUTE CINEMA
I am addicted to this series and what I am going to write about may come off as fan-boying and unprofessional, but I want to get this game series out there. I just finished the fourth game in the Erebonia Arc and will bring up slight spoilers for the games further on, but for now what I can tell you is if you are interested you must play the previous games which are the Trails in the Sky games and the two Crossbell games. It is a huge commitment and quite a large pill to swallow, but if you do you will be gifted some of the best world-building and fan service I have ever seen in a video game. If you enjoy world-building, deep lore, references to other games in the series and a fun story full of twist and turns that had me screaming with excitement you need to try this series. As a quick rundown of the first game, you play as Rean Schwarzer who enters into a military academy where he is placed into class VII with a bunch of others who over the story learn to become friends through going on monthly field studies. You are immediately hit with a big cast of characters where each month you learn more of each of them and the cast is easily some of my favorites in any JRPG with my only real gripe being there are unfortunately tons of anime tropes that follow it. However by the end of the series you will likely grow to love them. The only other thing to mention of the first game is the newspaper. Every game in the series has these to go more in depth as of world-building, but in this game it has the events of Crossbell which are happening at the same time as your journey, which is something I don't see often in JRPGs. I won't spoil, but how this game gets closer to the end will want you fiending to play the second game. To the second game, it starts off strong with tons of memorable and awesome moments that had me losing my mind. Again I won't go into to much detail, but in short this game is a little more open compared to the first as you are mostly revisiting locales, its why I suggest between all these games you take a break before coming back as they can feel samey. This one is probably my least favorite, however only for its final dungeon. (When you get there or if you have, you know.) Still a great game none the less. The third game game is where the addiction started. This game follows the same structure as the first but with so many cool ideas. To briefly put, some time has passed since the second game and Rean has become an instructor for the new class VII at a new military academy and on top of that, this is the game where all the other games before start to come together and seeing characters again since the first game had me smiling. There are too many great moments for me to count in this game, but getting to this one will be all worth it. Lastly is the forth game which follows the same structure as the second so it can feel very repetitive. (This goes for all of them but it doesn't personally bug me.) I finished the fourth game yesterday as of this review and I will say I enjoyed my time with this series, enjoyed probably to weak of a word. All four of these games are quite long at nearly a hundred hours, but it never felt dull or boring unless like I said if repetition is something you don't fancy. On that note this series has provided so much fun and excitement. It has rewarded me with tons of awesome fan service and epic music throughout the series. It has easily risen to one of my favorite franchises ever and it is a must play if you are willing to put time into the other games. It is some of the best this genre has to offer.
No words can describe, HOLY CINEMA i did not expect that ending!!! unto the next game
Nice!

Just your average school life, except with Gundam
