Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Sep 1 → 2.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

An obscure disease known as the Blight has descended upon the land. Barely escaping its devastating effects, you find yourself exhausted, starving, and alone in the wilderness. Are you willing to risk your life to eradicate the Blight, or will you allow the disease to consume you?

i am done playing it on every difficulties...done explore everything in it...extracting maybe all tips, trick n tactic i can....until got nothing to do...but ... i am still hooked...
I want to preface my review by noting that this game has no end goal atm. The main quest is not finished and its real EA. So dont buy unless you are ready to wait for a few years :) Apart from that nice crafting, dev that posts update, interesting premice, working coop and generally enjoyable gameplay loop are all there :)

The surroundings are beautiful and the crafting element is in depth. Problem is, it is pointless. I came back to the game after sometime and fell flat like my first experience. I started to build a shelter and craft items, only to stockpile them because I had nothing else to do really. I died to a wolf that I stabbed at least 8 times with a spear and it killed me. If you engage in combat it is very janky. The game itself feels very clunky. Crafting is where the effort was maximized. I really enjoyed the complexity of the building and crafting. I just could not see a point after the first couple days when food and water became stable. Maybe later this will develop into a immersive experience. Until then, it is a beautifully wrapped empty box.
One of the best hardcore/realistic survival game out there. A ton of potential. I've never seen a crafting system so detailed and at this level of realism in any other game. If you're into this type of game, go ahead, there's hundred of hours of harsh survival to dive into. If you're not into hardcore survival game, be warned, this is not for everybody and the grind really crazy, this is for true lovers of this genre.
just add a mode without this green ♥♥♥♥ - a sandbox of some sort and it will be perfect...
I've played a lot of survival/crafting games over the years — 7 Days to Die, Icarus, Planet Crafter and many others — so I'm no stranger to grinding for resources or having to work your way through different technology tiers. Unfortunately, in its current state, The Last Plague: Blight takes that grind to a level that just isn't enjoyable. I actually really like the concept. The slower, more realistic approach to survival and crafting has a lot of potential, but there is a difference between realistic progression and making almost every basic task unnecessarily tedious. One of the biggest frustrations is constantly having to build something simply to make one item, then destroy or replace it to build the upgraded version needed for the next step. Instead of feeling like you're gradually improving your settlement, it often feels like you're jumping through hoops just to unlock the ability to make another basic item. Tool progression is particularly frustrating. There are no basic stone tools to bridge the early game and, despite going through the effort of producing bronze, there's no bronze pickaxe. You're surrounded by ore deposits you can't actually mine while working through a lengthy progression chain towards steel just to get a pickaxe. It makes progression feel artificially restricted rather than rewarding. And don't get me started on leather. The amount of work involved just to produce a single usable piece of leather is a perfect example of where realism has been pushed beyond the point of being fun. I don't mind a grind when I can see my character and base steadily progressing. In Blight, I've spent far too much time gathering, processing, building and rebuilding things without feeling like I've actually moved forward. There's potentially a very good survival game here. I like the atmosphere, the concept and the depth they're aiming for, but the crafting and progression desperately need rebalancing. Give us sensible intermediate tools, reduce some of the excessive crafting steps and make the time invested feel worthwhile. For now, I've reached the point where it feels more like work than a game, and unfortunately that makes it very difficult for me to recommend in its current state.
The biggest problem with this game is lack of marketing. How did I not know it existed until now? I've been chewing up and spitting out survival games for years upon years, and I just found this gem a few days ago. It's not for everyone of course, but for those looking for a hardcore experience it's an absolute delight. This is not one of those mediocre "survival" games where you gather materials, press a button and something magically appears. You can't carry 100 logs in your inventory or jump your way to the roof. You don't spam healing potions and make your HP instantly reappear. Clean your wounds and dress them. Don't forget to change that dressing and properly take care of the wound itself. Chop the tree into individual logs, carry them one at a time or load them onto a cart. Everything takes time and involves multiple steps. You don't press a button and magically make a fire...you add kindling, tinder, fuel (sticks, logs, etc) and then figure out how you're going to light it. Did you find a piece of flint? Great! If not, you're rubbing sticks together, and if it doesn't light you're starting again. And you better hope it doesn't rain. After a couple of hours I started thinking like I would in a real survival / rough camping situation, and was delighted to discover that that's exactly how the game is played. Boil your water before you drink it. Watch out for leeches in the river. Apply bug repellent (you'll have to make that yourself) before you go into swampy areas. Don't let your knife and hatchet get rusty. For me? Pure bliss. But if you want to just press a button and have everything done for you...you might not want to get involved in The Last Plague. But then, maybe you might find it scratches an itch you didn't know you had. That it's satisfying in ways that you didn't expect.
Is this now abandonware? Game has some good points, but it's rough around the edges and there is only a small amount of things you can actually do in the game, as of now 08/12/26.
I've been able to get far in the game, awaiting an update from Elric to help with clearing blight from towns but the game is simply unplayable for me from a building perspective - the ground terraforming is awful. I can clear and level ground to put sole plates down and I get messages the terrain isn't flat or that there is a collision - in short, easy to build the simplest stick and leaf structures - simply awful to make lumber building - ruins the game for me...
I really enjoy sandbox games and this is one of the best I have played so fat.
