Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 22.71/day in the week to Sep 1 → 39.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
The world you knew is gone.
You awaken as the last active Caretaker, a machine built for one purpose: save humanity. Across a vast ocean covering the ruins of Earth, you must recover human seeds, restore the Lazarus Complex, and prepare the next generation for launch into orbit.
The Last Caretaker is a first-person survival-crafting game about systems, choices, and purpose. Every resource matters. Every structure has a reason to exist. Every success gives humanity one more chance.

Recover human seeds and return them to the Lazarus Complex. Manage their growth, restore memory data, and prepare them for life beyond Earth.
Scavenge abandoned facilities, dismantle wreckage, and recycle materials into tools, weapons, power networks, and essential modules. Restore the machinery needed to keep the mission alive.
Rogue machines, hostile systems and the world itself will push back. Repair and maintain, upgrade your equipment, and protect what remains.
Restore ancient launch infrastructure, chart the ocean, gather resources and memories, and send the humans you raised into orbit. The mission is not survival for its own sake. It is a continuation.
Explore silent Sanctuary docks, Refuel Outposts, Underwater cities, and long-forgotten Seed Vaults. The story is uncovered through places, logs, memories, and the remains of a civilization that tried to outlive its own world.

This game is master class in everything it does. There is something about it that draws you in and brings you back for more after you log out of the game. The exploration and the survival are so well done. And of course you can just about build on every square centimeter of the ship. Highly recommend this game to everyone!
It was great until update 5.5 caused it stop working on my computer. So just enough playtime to ensure no refund. Awesome.
fun game so many adventures , visuals is amazing so is the game play, 14 hours in i am still dreading the water and never tried swimming , although they really have to so something about power lines , using a big pipe as power line doesnt feel good in big and complicated builds as it ends up covered in power lines
I was just starting to understand the mechanics of this game, when it activated a windows firewall alert that wouldn't let me play it anymore. I cannot attest the quality of this game, only that I am too chronically depressed and in pain to have had the time figure out this problem. That was too months ago. I have had no interest to return.
So, this game is still very much in Early Release, and I want to acknowledge that up front. You could summarize this game with the sentence "When it's stable, it's spectacular. When it's not, it's utterly unplayable" there is no grey area. The graphics are great, theres solid world building, and some great mechanics at work here. The problem is that for all that is good, there is the persistent issue of crashes and hang ups. The more frustrating part is that it's entirely unpredictable. You could have 8 hours of stable gaming, or 5 crashes on top of one another just trying to load the game to even start playing. This issue is compounded by a default Autosave feature set to 10+ minutes, meaning a crash while exploring can erase huge chunks of progress. I **Strongly** recommend that players manually set the autosave to the smallest interval (5 minutes) to avoid progress loss. Overall, it's a definite recommend because if the developers can address the stability bugs plaguing it, this will be a top tier game. Even in it's current state, it's a solidly enjoyable time, interspersed with incredibly aggravating problems.
Jeux super bien, je vous recommande fortement, par contre il faudrait un optimiser le jeux un peut plus Mais sinon le jeux reste jouable et fluide rien à dire !!!! Jeux incroyable hâte de la sorti officiel.
Absolutely addicted. The exploration, unique story telling and distopian setting are everything a survival game fan wants and this game pays off. There is so much to do and these developers did it very well. I realize it is in early access still but it's so polished and well made that you would never know, at least in the early mid game tires. I am still just scratching the surface and I am eager to see what comes next.
