The Incident at Galley House

Great game! If you loved The Roottrees are Dead, you will love this. The story is intriguing and is extremely satisfying when you figure something out, especially if you don't use the hint function. The mechanics are a step up from The Roottrees are Dead and the story is one of the shining factors, with great voice acting. Once I completed the game, I went back to previous scenes because I couldn't stop thinking about it. [spoiler] I went back to the beginning scenes to see the canon event and how it shaped the characters. It was interesting how erasing one person fundamentally changed the personalities of other characters. Eddie was a prime example of this for me. [/spoiler]

I won't be forgotten.

Another absolute banger from this team. The voice acting is INCREDIBLE. I felt sufficiently and authentically challenged by the mystery, while also having an incredibly user friendly experience as I did playing Roottree. It's like Obra Dinn had clues that made sense. [spoiler] also the gaslighting at the end, while extremely cool, was VERY rude. [/spoiler] 10/10 would recommend

Incredible narrative puzzle game. I still like Obra Dinn more, but this is definitely up there sharing the podium.

[b] This game was very interesting and also a bit confusing at first, but well worth the 8-10 or so hours it takes to beat! [/b] [h3] Some things I'd like to mention [/h3] The game is not so much a detective game as it is deduction game, What I mean to say is; if you have played "The Painscreek Killings" then don't expect this game to be like that. [i] The main loop of the game is deducing who was where and when, not so much who killed who. [/i] The mystery is thrilling and the game got me a couple times with the atmosphere just being so thick with the terror of the unknown, the characters were also well done and had great voice actors that did a phenominal job. [b] I recommend this game (Especially for its low price), it was super fun! [/b]
