Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Jul 23 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Moreover, while taking part in an experimental neuroscientific program, led by a biotech giant - Neuraxis, Joshua unknowingly finds himself entangled in a corporate intrigue.
In hopes of unraveling the web of memories, he’ll need to face a distressing question - can he really trust himself?
Follow "First Person Exploration and Puzzle Games" for more games like this!
(Ignore my playtime, I played this on another storefront) A first-person walking simulator about a man with retrograde amnesia. This game feels like a combination of "Inception" and "Momento". The character's memory issues are represented by a mechanic that allows you to jump through time. Most of the gameplay involves solving a bunch of "puzzles", which are really just tests to see if you found the correct information in other timelines. The storyline is emotional, dealing with some pretty heavy topics. The game takes about two hours to beat. Overall, while not one of my top walking simulators, I enjoyed this one and think it's worthwhile for anyone who enjoys the genre.

I had a good time with this game and I love the concept of it. Unfortunately for myself the game completely glitched, I've spent Hours trying to figure out the problem after beating the game in pretty decent time but nothing I did made a difference. I looked up solutions and those solutions didn't work, I redid everything I could from start to the part it glitched and nothing. again I had a good time with the game but it definitely let me down for an ending, glitch on my part I'm guessing so I'll recommend this game regardless.
A walking sim with light investigative puzzle solving. A bit similar to games like Tacoma. The story is not that crazy... if you like sci-fi, for sure it's not a new concept. That said, it's quite sad, so be aware of that. Is it a must play? Probably not... It's OK for what it is. It's extremely short, so more worth it on a discount.
Гарна, та цікава гра. Так тут немає української та вона виключно сюжетна, тому я рекомендую цю гру до проходження лише тим, хто має достатнє знання англійської.
https://youtu.be/ofHy5Osynts Trying a bit too hard to be avant-garde comes at the cost of being able to communicate goals to the players and maintain the value of the video game medium.
This one was quite a journey. A beautiful journey though. Got stuck two times due to not finding the clues. Came back the next day and found everthing needed. I finished the game a few moments ago and am overwhelmed by the story, the music, the atmosphere etc.
TRIGGER WARNING: This game deals with HEAVY topics. BUT THE STORY IS FANTASTIC. Highly recommend to people who like puzzle games/good stories
The Gap is a psychological science-fiction adventure developed by Label This and published by Crunching Koalas that places storytelling at the center of its experience. Rather than relying on fast-paced action or conventional horror mechanics, it delivers a slow-burning narrative that explores memory, grief, and the fragile nature of human perception. Players step into the role of neuroscientist Joshua Hayes, whose search for a cure for a devastating neurological illness affecting his family becomes the catalyst for an emotional and thought-provoking journey. As reality begins to blur with memories and imagined possibilities, the game crafts a compelling mystery that steadily draws players deeper into Joshua's troubled mind. The narrative is the strongest aspect of the experience, weaving together personal tragedy and speculative science into a cohesive and emotionally engaging story. Joshua's investigation leads him through fragmented recollections, alternate perspectives, and surreal environments that challenge his understanding of what is real. Instead of presenting every answer outright, the game encourages players to piece together clues through exploration and careful observation. This approach makes each discovery feel meaningful, rewarding curiosity while maintaining an atmosphere of uncertainty throughout the adventure. The game's themes extend beyond its central mystery, touching on family bonds, loss, guilt, and the ethical consequences of scientific progress. The presence of the powerful biotechnology corporation Neuraxis adds another layer to the narrative by exploring how groundbreaking research can blur the line between compassion and ambition. Joshua's personal struggle gradually becomes intertwined with larger questions about identity, memory, and whether our experiences truly define who we are. These philosophical undertones give the story greater emotional depth and elevate it beyond a standard science-fiction thriller. Gameplay focuses primarily on exploration and environmental interaction rather than traditional action mechanics. Players search carefully designed locations, inspect meaningful objects, and unlock memories that gradually reveal new pieces of the narrative. The puzzles are generally integrated into the storytelling instead of serving as standalone challenges, helping maintain immersion from beginning to end. While the mechanics remain relatively simple, they effectively support the game's emphasis on narrative progression without distracting from its emotional core. Visually, The Gap delivers a striking presentation through atmospheric environments and understated artistic direction. Its clean architectural spaces, subdued lighting, and surreal transitions create an unsettling sense of instability that mirrors Joshua's deteriorating perception of reality. Rather than relying on elaborate visual effects, the game uses subtle environmental changes and carefully framed scenes to create tension and reinforce the psychological nature of the story. This restrained visual style works exceptionally well alongside the game's cinematic presentation. The audio design further strengthens the experience with a haunting soundtrack and immersive ambient effects that enhance both quiet moments of reflection and scenes of mounting tension. Voice performances convey genuine emotion, allowing Joshua's fear, determination, and vulnerability to resonate naturally throughout the journey. Together, the soundscape and visual design create an atmosphere that feels consistently immersive, making the emotional impact of the story even more effective. Although the game excels as a narrative experience, its deliberate pacing and limited gameplay variety may not appeal to every audience. Players looking for action-heavy sequences, difficult puzzles, or extensive mechanical depth may find the experience too restrained. Likewise, the abstract storytelling occasionally leaves important details open to interpretation, which may divide players depending on their preference for ambiguity. However, these creative decisions are intentional and align with the game's focus on psychological exploration rather than conventional entertainment. Overall, The Gap succeeds as a memorable narrative adventure that combines emotional storytelling with intelligent science-fiction concepts. Its thoughtful examination of memory, identity, and human relationships is supported by excellent atmosphere, strong environmental storytelling, and a consistently immersive presentation. While its slow pace and minimalist gameplay will not satisfy every type of player, those who appreciate story-driven experiences filled with emotional and philosophical depth will find a rewarding and unforgettable journey. It stands as a distinctive psychological adventure that lingers in the mind long after its conclusion. Rating: 8/10
