Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

If you like the idea of riding a giant bird, and shooting things, then this games for you, Not a bad story line. A little janky, and a few map bugs (like a floating statue in the sky). But nothing that stops the gameplay. I liked it.

+++ Beautiful artstyle/visuals ++ Amazing music ++ Very unique world, interesting lore + Cool side-story setpieces * Bad difficulty and economy (get Magnetar Rifle 2* asap!) -- Combat and repeating noises -- Gameplay Thanks to the beautiful artstyle coupled with the grand visuals, this game is an actual screenshot-machine! There are a lot of cool locations and natural beauty to discover, and I never got bored of the atmosphere. Adding to this is the nordic/tribal/pagan-themed music, which is all around amazing and pretty memorable. The world itself is very unique and the lore revelations were very interesting, most of this happens at the tail-end of the main story though. Speaking of story: there were many side-stories, which ended in very cool setpieces and were interesting as well. My neutral point is about the difficulty and economy: the first campaign was HARD, since everything is very expensive and the rewards are laughable, but once I got a better weapon it flipped around completely. This got even worse in later campaigns. Since I retained my upgrades and money I breezed through the rest of the game. That isn't even bad in my opinion, because the combat and gameplay are pretty awful. You fly in circles to shoot enemies the entire time, hear weird screeching the entire time, hear the LOUD money-pickups the entire time, and hear the same voicelines the entire time ("NO!"). The combat is pretty mind-numbing and not very engaging. The negatives sadly extend to the gameplay: there are no breaks, which COMPLETELY WRECKS your controlability and maneuverability. Flying into stuff is not the exception, it is the norm. It's also the reason why "Dog"fighting is so awful, you permanently overshoot your targets and can't regulate your speed. Additionally the camera is half-locked to the front, meaning you have no 360° vision, more like 270°, this extends to the vertical camera as well. Looking up/down/behind feels very clunky and at times impossible because of this and drags down the combat and gameplay even further. Combat and gameplay are the worst parts of this experience, which is not a good look for a GAME. Overall, I still enjoyed my time, since I knew for what I was getting into this (passion project, visuals, music, atmosphere), and it fully delivered on that front.
This works with Arch Linux + Valve Index + NVIDIA 2070 + Proton 9. But it needs Launch Options to call OpenVR. I had a lot of bad luck with it a few years ago and left it unplayed in my library. But now it works. No idea what the game is like: at the time my kids were growing out of How To Train Your Dragon on the Wii. Maybe they'll like it I just care that it worked at last.
There is no mouse sensitivity control. It is impossible to move the bird in any controlled fashion. My controller does not work at all on it. I cannot even steer it at all. Unfortunately, most of the game revolves around maneuvering your bird. Impossible to play. Desperately needs a mouse sensitivity adjuster. 10/100
I just couldn't get into this game. It seemed far more interested in shoving voiced lore at me rather than providing information on game mechanics or even letting me play around to figure out the game mechanics myself. For example, when selecting a starting character, you're getting blasted with an audio history lesson that restarts with every choice, while all the falcon stats you're trying to choose between, abbreviated by letter codes, go completely unexplained. I'm not asking for "hand holding" here - I'm saying the stats should just go ahead and say what they are rather than using cryptic abbreviations that don't even reveal themselves as a tooltip. Then you start a game and every screen includes a voiceover to infodump about more world lore. Then you start playing and every 30 seconds someone is blabbing to you about game world politics. I don't think the game ever gave me 5 minutes of quiet to play in peace. Also, I recognize that the game encourages use of a controller, but there's really no good reason a mouse and keyboard shouldn't work. In fact they mostly do, but it's just frustrating enough in combination with the lack of explanations above that I gave up on it. If you don't start off with a controller plugged in, the game defaults to mouse and keyboard controls for aiming and firing but still defaulted to a controller I've never had for some of the other buttons... until I dug around in the settings and set the game to controller and then manually back to mouse and keyboard. And I've read complaints about the insanely high mouse sensitivity (completely true) with developer responses that it's somehow completely out of their hands... when PC games have had mouse sensitivity controls for literal decades; this isn't some novel, unsolved problem. If the game could just chill out with the voiced infodumps I might have been willing to push through some of the other issues, but as it was, I lost interest.
🎮 Reseña de The Falconeer: Revolution Remaster

Total Puntuaciones (Muy Bueno)6.8[Comentario final]Un remaster sólido: especial, no masivo; encantador, no perfecto.

Absolutely recommended. A great fresh take on an acrade flight sim with a fantasy theme. Captivating and lots of fun. Great music and dense atmosphere. Solid mid-level graphics and quality controls. For a solo dev indie game pure genius. Ranks with the best / most fun games I ever played. Worth every penny and something you might consider to support in idie video game art.
The Falconeer is a weird little game, even for the arcade flight genre. You fly over an endless ocean, on a bird the size of a semitruck, listening to Mongolian throat singing while dogfighting bug people and their giant eels. Yet, somehow, words cannot begin to describe how much I love the setting; the only word I can use to describe it is mythological. And don't get me started on the graphics; it's beautiful! In terms of gameplay, The Falconeer is a bit lamer; most missions are essentially: go somewhere, kill thing, go back, and are very same-ie with very few proper "side-quests". Also, I highly recommend playing with either a controller or flight stick, keyboard is not good. In the end, for a one man indie dev, The Falconner is an amazing game I highly recommend.
