About
Trapped in a looping hallway, you must study subtle changes to choose the right doors. Each passage resets the hall, but slightly wrong. Observe carefully, make smart choices, and uncover the path that unlocks the mysterious door at the end of the hall.
Each time you step through a door, you find yourself back at the beginning. Something always changes. An item out of place. A detail that doesn’t belong. A feeling that the hall itself is watching to see if you notice.
The Door at the End of the Hall is a first-person, 3D psychological observation/anomaly finder game where progress depends on attention, intuition, and memory. You must choose between multiple doors, using subtle environmental clues to determine which path leads you closer to escape and which ones pull you deeper into the loop.
At the far end of the hallway stands a locked door.
To reach it, you’ll need to understand the rules of the hall, recognize what’s wrong, and learn how your choices shape each repetition. Every pass through the corridor tests your perception, rewarding careful observation, and punishing assumptions.
There is no guessing. Every change is deterministic and can be solved. The space changes when you aren’t looking—and dares you to notice.
Will you find the path that finally lets you leave?

A surprising fun little anomaly game with a sense of humour. I wasn't sure at first, but I found myself playing through the demo three or four times so I bought the full game. Big fan of the 'hunt the anomaly' mode after you've completed a normal run (that was a good idea!) although it would be good if you could jump straight to it instead of having to complete a run every time you load the game. Also, being nit-picky, that final animation of the door opening is a bit janky. Anyway, I'd say not to rush through, it's quite short, so take your time and don't guess - all the answers are right there in front of you! Well done Developer Team - more of this sort of thing, please!
I'm a fan of shorter games, but I would love to get more of The Door at the End of the Hall. I mean that as a compliment. I had fun with trying to figure the anomalies out, but also appreciate the detailed clue options if stuck. There were a few times that I got spooked which was fun. (I'm easily scared though so take that with a grain of salt. It's not over the top scary). I'd recommend the game to anyone interested in a quick, fun, eerie puzzle type of game. I feel there's even more potential if the creator chooses to add to it. I'd love that! Maybe more spookiness too. Played well on steam deck!
Achievement Hunters
Easy to 100% all Achievements & is a rather short game
Would Recommend For Anomaly Hunting Lovers
For an anomaly game it's really cool, based around doors specifically but some environmental hints that lead to the solutions not just the doors themselves & 50 unique anomalies to discover
Modes

Normal: Need to finish the normal mode of finding 10 anomalies before you can play the other Hunt Anomalies Mode, unless it was already changed to be allowed instantly
Anomaly Hunter Mode: Hunt all 50 anomalies which appear in a random order each time, even if you fail, it doesn't restart all over, but it won't be the same anomaly unless it's your last one
Note: If you beat the Normal Mode, you will be met with the option to start Anomaly Hunter Mode immediately to find the remaining 40 if you so wish Additional Note/Suggestion: I kind of wish there was a challenge mode to not fail a single one doing the 50 & Achievement, but I suppose if you've done it a plenty of times like I have, you pretty much know every single Anomaly unless an issue like the one I found happen which would initially ruin that run entirely
Issues
Other than it being short, only one issue I found which the dev ended up patching basically instantly within an hour or two after posting it
The game was fun and interesting, but very short. That is my only real complaint. Hopefully the developer adds more content over time.
[[[[ NO SPOILERS ]]]] Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cdbSJRFkiQI Perfect example of what a small group of people can accomplish with hard work and dedication! This is an AMAZING Anomaly Detection (or Time Loop) adventure! While it is simple enough for even a non-puzzle guy like me to finish, the anomalies range from the obvious to the wickedly clever. The developer was nice enough to allow me play the full version ahead of time in exchange for feedback and my honest opinion, well, I'm thrilled to say this is a near flawless game that nearly anyone young or old, experienced or not, can pick up and play! Bravo enolc games, bravo! Even though I have completed this game 3 times in different versions, I WILL be buying the full version to support these creators and I hope you will too. We desperately need more good people like this in the industry! This is a great short experience, and very pick-up-and-play friendly. I beat it and got all achievements in under four or five hours, and wanted more. It's a very simple puzzle game about figuring out what door to go through next, and vague or strange happenings will hint to which is the correct door. Not really scary, but a few moments did surprise me. I like when you beat the game, it gives you an option to play again and find all the anomalies in one run. If I had to criticize it for something, it could be longer but that's alright, and the hints are decent, but the last one basically just tells you what the anomaly (can't be too mad tho because it prevents you from getting stuck). I couldn't put the game down until I finished it honestly.
An anomaly game made just for me. I'm typically pretty bad at anomaly games for a variety of reasons but for some reason this one clicked for me. It's simple but satisfying and doesn't outstay its welcome. It features replayablity and accessibility options and even encourages you to try to speedrun the experience if you like. Highly recommended for people who've never had much luck with the genre, for people who are after something satisfying and quick to play, and achievement hunters!
If you enjoy a no-pressure, low-stakes game anomaly hunt that gets straight-to-the point and doesn't waste your time with plot and dialogue, this is your game. It isn't horror (only slightly creepy at times), so pretty much anybody can play it.
one of the best anomaly detection games, all hands down, the hints menu is really good and grants players an easier choice if they cannot figure something out, on the other hand this is an unique concept with 6 possible choices than most which are like 1 or 2 choices at best, the achievements are good but 2 hidden achievements couldb be made clearer, overall though, this is a good game, gameplay is good, every aspect is good, this is a must-buy.
One of those 5-15 minute games you get your friend to play cause why not. Reminds me of 10 bells but less scary and way more simple. I don't think its worth the $5 but its probably also helping this developer pay rent and I'll throw down $5 for that.
