In early access for almost a decade whatever that means so it does feel like there should be more. On the other hand it's a fun, silly adventure so I'd still recommend it. Once you get the hang of most of the endings though don't feel bad about using a guide. I'd love to see this expanded in some way but branching paths plus a lot of voice acting can be difficult to implement.
Great game, but has long since been abandoned. There is a fan patch, but at this stage doesn't appear to fix everything.

it is very funny
John Robertson is one of the funniest humans I have ever met. This game is addictive and brilliantly executed.
This game is amazing but pure ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in some places! I hope the lvl 2 and 3 will come out soon!
A brilliant adaptation of John Robertson's one man show, The Dark Room is a deeply sadistic puzzle during which you, Darren, must Find The Light Switch. But how will you find the light switch, you're in a Dark Room? Great fun for a solo player who enjoys cryptic clues, or as a group, taking it in turns to make foolish mistakes as you stumble through the dark. There's even a drinking game! (Drink every time you die)
A funny game that embodies the annoying parts of old adventure games (on purpose), loved it
When I played it, there was maybe an 1.5 hours of content and it was hella promising. Here's a clip from my stream way back then. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/336479342
the game is nice and simple. Plus you can play this game for hours getting different deaths.
