Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 31 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I like this game. There's a video of that Russian guy playing it and it seems he's figured it out. I like this game a lot.
Can't even get it to run in full screen. Pushing Esc shrinks the game to a tiny window and the framerate is shocking. running on an i9, 4080, 32GB Ram. Not great unfortunatly.

I enjoyed my time in The Cecil even though our protagonist, John, clearly did not! The gameplay is fairly typical of indie horror games with you generally looking for items to use in certain places to make progress through the story. Things become stranger and stranger as you uncover more of the hotel and the stories it contains. There are some moments where you'll be fighting enemies but it's nothing too challenging and gives you a bit of release from the tension that's always building. There are some bugs but nothing game-breaking. When I played the game there was a frequent drop in framerate which the devs are aware of and actively working to improve but it's completely playable even so. The story is very strange and I'm not entirely sure if I understood what really happened but I enjoyed the Journey. I hope the devs continue working on their game to improve and polish and add the Events that are slated for future release.
After spending more time in the game it's a no. Couldn't even finish it was such a struggle to push through.
I start the game and it appears as a small box in the top left corner. Weirdly setting it to windowed mode in the settings actually makes it full screen and setting it to full screen makes it go back to the box. Then I start the game and right after the intro, the game goes from full-screen into a small box but this time in the middle of the screen. Again it seems like toggling between windowed and full-screen and back again in the settings gets it back to full screen. Seems I'm not the only one https://steamcommunity.com/app/2019340/discussions/0/603023421978239716/ https://steamcommunity.com/app/2019340/discussions/0/603026896468390514/ Also the game is missing an invert y axis option. Its a fairly basic feature and its probably practically a tick box in the unreal engine to enable this. Its been requested a long time ago https://steamcommunity.com/app/2019340/discussions/0/4628105220313843892/ Finally unfortunately the frame-rate is awful for me even on the low setting (specs below.) AMD Rzyen 5 3600 AMD RX 6700 XT (Driver 25.3.1 Latest) 16GB RAM SSD Windows 11 (up to date) 1440p native resolution
I can't recommend this game in its current state it needs more updates
Really loved the way the game felt. It played well and the ambiance was terrific. The puzzles were tough but not too tough you could never figure them out. Music really pulled it together and added the creepy factor. Cant wait for the next one.
Interesting. I they do a sequel with more guns and better playability, i'd buy it
