Sentenced to life in prison, you’re offered freedom by joining a trial for a new drug. The experiment is simple: enter the room, observe, and identify what has changed. Complete all tasks, and your sentence is commuted. But, the further you go, the more unsettling your reality becomes.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Sentenced to life in prison for your crimes, you’ve been given a rare and unexpected chance at freedom. The offer is simple but unsettling: participate in a highly experimental trial for a new drug designed to treat memory loss. In exchange, your sentence will be commuted. It’s an opportunity most would jump at, but nothing comes without a price.
The experiment seems straightforward. You’ll take the drug, enter an experiment room, and observe your surroundings. When you leave and return, you must identify what has changed and enter it into the computer system. Complete all three experiment rooms successfully, and you’ll earn your freedom.
But as the test progresses, the rooms begin to feel less like controlled environments and more like a nightmare. Is it the drug? The experiment? Or something more sinister lurking in the shadows?
Freedom is within your grasp, but can you trust your own mind to get you there?

Estimated Gameplay Time: Completion time varies, but the game is designed to be finished in approximately 3 hours or longer.
Explore Three Unique Rooms: Each room offers a distinct environment filled with dozens of object anomalies and events to discover.
Deadly Threats: Encounter many dangerous threats, each requiring a specific strategy to overcome. Failing to respond correctly will result in death.
Survive or Restart: Failing to identify anomalies correctly will cost you lives. If you run out of lives, you’ll be killed and must restart from the beginning of the current room.
Room Progression: Successfully completing a room unlocks the next. To finish the game, you must unlock and complete all three rooms and face a final task.
Permanent Room Unlocks: Progression is permanent; once a room is unlocked, it remains accessible, allowing you to restart from that room without needing to replay previous sections.
Discover the Story: The deeper you progress, the more the story unfolds. Find hidden details throughout your play to fully reveal the truth behind the experiment.
Two Difficulty Modes:
Standard Difficulty: The intended gameplay experience.
Hard Difficulty: A significant challenge for those seeking a more intense experience.

After some hours of gameplay, wich is kinda fun after all i have to say that it's sad to reach last room of the 2nd level, and can't interact with the terminal. This is happening for a quite now, and the game is kinda broke. some minace are kinda broken like the stalker wich is not very clear and has different behaviour from level 1 and level 2. Sadly i'd like to finish the game, but too much bug that prevent you to finish it. Luckily i recived a key for it, but i would be pissed off. (4 times reached, one in live so you can also see the bug)

UPDATE : I changed to recommended as I got an explanation of what happened from the developer, but even with that, I still think that it can be confusing some times if an effect caused by a threat matches the description of an anomaly its not considered a positive. But this now falls into a category of my knowledge of the game and gameplay improvements, not in the category of an error in the game, so I must update my No to Yes which I think is the fair thing to do. Considering this is just a matter of dying many times to learn the effects and differentiate them, and Authogin , keep working and I hope my earlier 'No' did not felt aggressive, I like your games and I always try to provide my feedback to improve them. I played the Gravedigger and probably will play other games from you soon :) I was close to recommend this game but while recording the video of testing it, the room had the lights turn off, had my vision with blood veins, when the time was close half of the room turn off.. I selected YES because of this and I was killed after and the game said there was not an active anomaly. I played the video again to double check if the question was different and that was the trick but no, the question was the same and it was asking if there was any light changes, or effects in the vision. I will update this comment when the video is uploaded in case the developer want to check it. I'm happy to update this is I misunderstood something but I think blood veins and lights turning off its a change. Apart from that last disappointing moment the game has really great potential, performance is very good, music, audio and graphics are great, but I cannot recommend it yet if the main point of the game can break your game and kill you for example when you are going to complete the 8th room and has a mistake .
The Anomaly Experiment ~ I Don’t Even Like Horror Games, But This One Hooked Me I don’t usually play horror games. They mess with me too much. But The Anomaly Experiment really pulled me in. I was genuinely tense the whole time, jumping more than I’d like to admit, yet I kept playing because I had to know what came next. You’re placed in this creepy drug trial scenario where you need to spot anomalies — strange little changes in the environment — and missing them can have... consequences. The atmosphere is unsettling in the best way, and the puzzles are surprisingly clever. The more you play, the more immersive (and weirdly personal) it starts to feel. I’ve followed this dev for a while, and you can see how much creativity and care went into the design. The attention to detail stands out, especially in things like the second room and that TV screen. ;) Even as someone who usually avoids horror, I stuck with it because the experience is just that well crafted. There's a standard mode if you want something manageable and a hard mode if you're ready for a real challenge. If you're into psychological horror, clever mechanics, and eerie vibes or even if you're not but want to try something different. The Anomaly Experiment is absolutely worth checking out.
Let's say it quickly - "The Anomaly Experiment" have the potential to become my favorite anomaly hunting game. I almost shat my pants few time and i am far from seeing everything the game have to offer! Just two notes: - maybe dying after two mistakes on "Normal" and after the first one on "Hard" is a bit too harsh. Maybe it's part of the game charm. Not quite sure. - "The Anomaly Experiment" is surprisingly good looking game made with Unity. But it's a game made with Unity, which means that running it on "Epic" graphic quality requires an NASA certified PC. Video: https://youtu.be/tOaOg0q1vXE
Fun scary times. I enjoyed it. Challenging to spot anomalies without being killed.
