I'm glad I never purchased this game full price, how can you make a compilation and not include the Gameboy version, The version that made it famous, all the games on here are boring or look like some bootleg version of the game a complete waste of money even though I only payed about 2 pounds for it

Es una mescla entre documental y colleccion de juegos Retro, o mas bien los clasicos de Tetris. Lo unico que me molesta, es que hay mas enfoque en la parte de documental y la linea del tiempo, que los juegos en si. Tambien que el precio, se me hace excesivo, aun para economia Argenta, superando los 17 usd, y de milagro, se puede conseguir a 8 usd. Nunca baja de los 5.

Tetris Forever feels like a beautifully curated museum dedicated to the history and evolution of Tetris across the decades. I especially loved the modern “Time Warp” take on the formula, which adds a fresh twist while still respecting the roots of the series. That said, the Electronika version is absolutely brutal and quickly reminded me how unforgiving old-school gaming could be 😄

To make it a little more interesting, they added a couple hours of documentary videos. Let me be clear: games are old, emulation is subpar, graphics are eye-soring and the documentary videos are unnecessary. A "modern" and "normal" game of Tetris is really missing. They spent so little time in polishing this "collection" that button mapping inverts when going from the menu screen to the games and vice versa - annoying. おすすめにしましたが、無条件に誰にでもおすすめではありません。 テトリスというゲームが好きで、その生い立ち、歴史に興味があることが条件になると思います。 このソフトは複数のテトリス、あるいはテトリス関係のゲームが楽しめますがそれはあくまでおまけ的な意味合いしか無く、基本的にテトリスというゲームの作者、誕生秘話、販売会社、権利関係などの歴史を詳しく俯瞰するためのものです。でもこれがなかなか楽しいのです。 テトリスというゲームが好きだと、１９８４年に誕生した最初のテトリスってどんなものだったのだろう？一度プレイしてみたいなと思いませんか？このソフトはそんな夢を叶えてくれます。 最初のテトリスはグラフィックではなく文字・記号を組み合わせたペントミノで構成されていたのですが、それを見事に再現したソフトが付属しており、もちろんちゃんとそれもゲームパッドを使って遊べます（もちろんオリジナルはキーボード操作で遊びます）。少なくとも私はこの初代ソフトを遊ぶことに楽しみを覚え、そして感動しました。正直これだけでこのソフトを買ってよかったと思ったくらいです。個人的なことですが、遊んで驚いたのは最初のテトリスにハードドロップ機能がついていたことです。私が初めてテトリスを遊んだのはゲームボーイだったと思いますが、それにはソフトドロップしかありませんでした。私は勝手にハードドロップは２００２年ごろに策定された所謂テトリスガイドライン後に追加された機能だと思っていたのでびっくりしたのです。 このソフトはチャプタ１～５に分かれてテトリスの歴史を写真、ビデオ、実際に遊べるソフトなどで振り返りますが、それぞれのチャプターに進行度というパラメーターがあり、隅々までちゃんと見ないとそれが１００％になりません。最初、それなりにじっくりとちゃんと見たつもりだったのですが、９８％とか、９７％と表示され何かを見落としていると言われているようで意地になって何度かじっくり見直してようやくすべて１００％になったのですがなんかこれ自体がゲームのように感じてしまいました。ｗ あと、このソフトを購入された方はぜひとも Apple TV で見られる「テトリス」と言う映画をご覧になることを強くお勧めします。それが出来なくても、youtube で予告編やワンシーンが見られるので是非。 映画を見てからこのソフトを買うものも良し、このソフトを楽しんでから映画を見るもの良いでしょう。映画を見ながら「あ、これは Tetris Foreverのアレのことだな」、逆に Tetris Forever を遊びながら映画のワンシーンが思い浮かぶのは実になかなか楽しいのです。 最後にこのソフト、定価だと高いと思います。前から気にはなっていたのですが値段に躊躇していました。 実際、私はウィッシュリストに登録しておいてセールの時に買いました。 以上、思うところを書きなぐりました。もしご参考になると幸いです。 失礼しました。
